We’ve already seen Downtown Disney get some new restaurants…with more on the way. A new Coco ride will be coming soon to Disney California Adventure. A brand-new Avatar land is also on the way, as well as a MASSIVE Avengers Campus expansion with two new rides. Disneyland is also planning a new parking and transportation hub, and a new permit shows that work for that hub might be starting soon.
The Holidays are almost here, and Disney World’s uber-popular Cake Bake Shop Restaurant has confirmed the return of its annual “Dinner With Santa” events. That’s right, people. SANTA CLAUS IS COMIN’ TO TOWN!

Scheduled for November 18th, November 25th, December 2nd, and December 9th, the event offers a festive evening filled with sparkling cocktails and Champagne, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dessert, and a gift to take home, as well as the main event: a family photo and visit with Santa!

Disney just announced that on May 29th and 30th, Banana Ball (as made famous by the Savannah Bananas team) will be coming to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Disney World, and we’re sharing everything we know.

The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays returns on November 28th, and along with it, we’re getting the return of the iconic Candlelight Processional. This show is one of the most popular offerings of the festival, and if you want to get reserved seating for a performance, then you should know that dining packages open soon!
Disney World is going through some major changes, and while we’re excited about some of them, there are others that fans have been pretty ticked off about.
MagicBand+
It was recently revealed that Disney World hotel guests will no longer receive discounted MagicBands ahead of their visits, and the response has been, well, what you might expect it to be when Disney says they’re taking away a discount. Let’s just say Disney fans are pretty furious about this MagicBand change.
