It’s almost time to book one of Disney World’s most popular offerings of the year!
The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays returns on November 28th, and along with it, we’re getting the return of the iconic Candlelight Processional. This show is one of the most popular offerings of the festival, and if you want to get reserved seating for a performance, then you should know that dining packages open soon!
Candlelight Processional Dining Packages are offered at several restaurants around EPCOT and allow you to have a delicious meal and also snag reserved seating to one of the evening’s performances. These packages are particularly helpful to make sure you can get into the show on the nights when more popular celebrity narrators are performing.
Reservations for dining packages open on October 14th. You can make reservations for your trip as long as you’re within 60 days of the start of your vacation, so some people who have trips planned for the second half of December will have to wait until their booking window opens.
The dining packages include the following:
- At Most Participating Restaurants: An entrée and dessert, or one full buffet (where applicable) — as well as one nonalcoholic beverage (or alcoholic beverage for Guests 21 and older)
- At Spice Road Table: 2 small plates, a shared tagine, a shared dessert platter, and one nonalcoholic beverage (or alcoholic beverage for Guests 21 and older)

This year has quite the lineup of celebrity narrators, so we have a feeling the shows will be just as popular as in the past. Those with a dining package will be given a specific time to line up at the America Gardens Theatre to see the show, and that group will be let in with higher priority than the standby queue. This year’s narrators are:
- Nov. 28th-29th – Constance Wu (NEW)
- Nov. 30th-Dec. 2nd – Jordan Fisher
- Dec. 3rd-4th – Jennifer Garner (NEW)
- Dec. 5th-6th – Ashley Eckstein
- Dec. 7th-8th – Ralph Macchio
- Dec. 9th-10th – Leslie Uggams (NEW)
- Dec. 11th-13th – Marlee Matlin
- Dec. 14th-15th – Henry Winkler (NEW)
- Dec. 16th-17th – Lauren Daigle (NEW)
- Dec. 18th-19th – Gary Sinise
- Dec. 20th-22nd – Brendan Fraser
- Dec. 23rd-24th – Luis Fonsi
- Dec. 25th-26th – Joel Smallbone (NEW)

Seen it and now I’m actually in it! Three years! It is amazing and uplifting. Brings me to tears every time.
This is the first day for making reservations for Disney’s Candlelight Dinner and it is already sold out at 6 a.m.! This is a terrible process for securing a reserved seat at the Candlelight Processional. I would gladly have just paid an upgrade just so that I could receive guaranteed reserved seating.
