No matter how much pie we eat on Thanksgiving, we can’t get enough pumpkin!

Throughout Disney World, seasonal snacks are popping back up for a limited time, including one super festive sweet treat at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

Even though we’ve been OBSESSING over pumpkin spice-flavored drinks and desserts for what feels like a year, it’s pretty hard to get pumpkin’d out.

From cupcakes and whoopie pies to margaritas, our love for all things pumpkin spice runs DEEP, and it runs eternal. Which is why we were psyched to see the return of one of the most unique pumpkin desserts at Disney World!

A fav from last year, the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Mousse at Satu’li Canteen in Animal Kingdom is back on the menu for THIS WEEKEND ONLY! Think of it as a post-Thanksgiving treat, for those of us who haven’t yet reached our pumpkin quota (and frankly never will)!

Colored and decorated like a bright orange pumpkin, this thing is BEAUTIFUL, and totally ideal for any pumpkin fan looking to try something different!

It’s a satin-y pumpkin-cream cheese mousse nestled over chocolate cookie crumbles and pumpkin sauce, with a few cranberry boba balls, because clearly the Na’vi love boba balls as much as we do!

The mousse itself, while shiny and pretty, has kind of a weird texture, which could be off-putting for anyone expecting something as silky-smooth as a slice of pie.

The best part? That little smear of pumpkin sauce on the plate! We would have LOVED to see that incorporated into the actual mousse.
