We started our day bright and early, and there was a bit of a back-up at the Disney World entrance this morning. Now that we’re in the park, let’s take a look at the holiday crowds.
Traveling during Thanksgiving is about to be CRAZY this year!

It’s that time of year when holiday travel really starts to pick up. Whether you’re doing a road trip or flying through the air, it’s been said that this holiday season is expected to be the busiest travel season in 15 years!
So it’s no secret that we LOVE Homecomin‘ in Disney Springs. We’re always looking for an excuse to revisit this restaurant to eat up some wonderful Florida-inspired home-cooked meals.

Well, it looks like we’ll be making a reservation again soon for Homecomin,’ because a popular post-Thanksgiving favorite, the Post-Turkey Day Sammy, is coming to the restaurant next week, and Homecomin’ fans are already chatting about it!
We’ve talked about it a thousand times by now, but holiday time at Disney World is the busiest time of year, and you should not underestimate the crowds during your visit.
The crowds have arrived
If one of your ways of beating the crowds is by purchasing Lightning Lanes, well, we have some news that might make you change your strategy.
Thanksgiving is coming up soon, and if you’re not spending it at Disney World, then you may be spending it at a family member’s house, a friend’s house, or at home.

However, it’s no secret that groceries for such a meal are not getting any cheaper, but if you’re looking to save TONS of money on Thanksgiving food, you need to go to ALDI. Why? ALDI is offering a full Thanksgiving meal for up to 10 people for just $40 — that’s just $4 per person.
The holiday season is almost here, meaning we’ll soon be past Halloween and celebrating Thanksgiving in Disney World.
