Universal’s refillable mug perk just got BETTER — for a limited time!

Universal Orlando
The holidays are here at Universal Orlando, and the parks are sparkling with festive lights, seasonal shows, and holiday treats that are almost too cute to eat (almost). From dazzling decorations in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter to festive performances and themed snacks across the park, there’s a little extra magic at every turn. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or just your love of all things theme park, Universal’s holiday offerings are the perfect mix of cheer, thrills, and mischief — and yes, there’s a festive beverage hack you’ll definitely want to know about.
Listen up, Soda Goblins (it’s me — I’m a self-proclaimed Soda Goblin), Universal has just debuted an offer you might find too good to pass up on your next Universal visit. If your theme park experience isn’t complete without a giant cup of something fizzy (or caffeinated, or both), Universal Orlando has just dropped a deal that’s basically made for YOU. From November 21st through January 4th, 2026, you can snag two Coca-Cola Freestyle Holiday Souvenir Cups and get a third one FREE. Yes, you read that correctly. Buy two, get one free. It’s like the holiday season finally understands that hydration (err, my sweet caffeinated soda) — and holiday cheer — go hand in hand.

But, before you get too excited and start imagining a line of three massive mugs stacked in your stroller or linked to your belt bag, there are a few details you’ll want to know. First, this is an in-park offer only. You can’t buy these online or have them magically appear at home while you binge-watch your favorite holiday movie (bummer, I know.) You’ll need to be walking the streets of Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure or Epic Universe, cup in hand, possibly dodging Minions and wizards, to cash in.

Coca- Cola Freestyle Machine
Second, refills are generous, but not unlimited. The Coca-Cola Freestyle machines are still a marvel (and a great perk to add to your day at Universal) — pouring everything from classic Coca-Cola to Cherry Fanta — but Universal restricts each cup no more than one pour per 10 minutes, and refills are only good for the day of purchase. So yes, it’s perfect for staying hydrated while hopping from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter to Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, buuuut don’t plan on leaving your cup at home for your next park visit. The best part about this though is that you CAN pay for the mug to be reactivated for subsequent visits beyond its first purchase which turns it from fun souvenir to functional money saver in an instant.

Refill anyone?!
And here’s a pro tip: think about your holiday squad. Three cups for the price of two? That’s basically three days of caffeine and soda for you, your spouse, and maybe the kid who insists on a new cup every hour (am I right fellow parents?) It’s also a fun way to flex your Universal park savvy — nothing says “I know my theme park deals” quite like strategically acquiring a third cup while everyone else is sipping from a generic paper cup and paying for refills throughout the rest of the day.

Earl may try to bum that free cup off of you!
These holiday souvenir cups are available at any in-park food and beverage location that sells Coca-Cola Freestyle Souvenir Cups, which means nearly every quick-service spot in Universal Orlando has you covered. Grab your mugs early in the day, because these babies are holiday-exclusive, and you’ll want to maximize that fizzy freedom before the end-of-year crowds hit.

The Grinch Who-liday Spectacular
So whether you’re a diehard soda fan, a coffee chugger, or just someone who appreciates the sheer thrill of a cup you can refill with anything your heart desires, Universal’s holiday cup offer is the perfect excuse to sip, stroll, and maybe even stage a little friendly “who can get the most creative mix” contest with your group. The bottom line here is: two cups, one free, holiday magic, and unlimited (well, almost) refills in one day. If you’re spending the holidays at Universal Orlando, this is one offer your beverage-loving self absolutely cannot ignore.
