If you’re heading to Disneyland Resort, you might be considering paying money to “skip the lines!”
Disneyland Resort’s skip-the-line system is called Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass, and it allows you to pay per person to use the Lightning Lanes at the available attractions in the parks. Lightning Lanes will typically give you a much shorter wait time than a regular standby queue, so paying the extra cost may save you significant time during your trip…but what if that price got more expensive?
If you haven’t used Lightning Lanes in Disneyland Resort before or just need a refresher, here’s what you need to know! Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass are two paid services that you can book during your vacation. Multi Pass gives you access to book return times for many of the attractions in both theme parks, but Single Pass is a pay-per-ride Lightning Lane access option for the most popular rides (those that aren’t included in Multi Pass).
Prices vary for Lightning Lane Multi Pass depending on the date, but they previously started at $30 per person, per day. Now, that base price has increased. If you want to get Multi Pass, you’ll need to shell out at least $32 per person, per day. If you’re visiting on a busier day, the price will likely be higher than that.
The following attractions are available with Lightning Lane access if you purchase Multi Pass:
- Autopia
- Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
- Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters
- Haunted Mansion
- Indiana Jones Adventure
- “it’s a small world”
- Matterhorn Bobsleds
- Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin
- Space Mountain
- Star Tours – The Adventures Continue
- Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
- Goofy’s Sky School
- Grizzly River Run
- Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!
- Incredicoaster
- Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue!
- Soarin’ Around the World
- Toy Story Midway Mania
- WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure
- The Little Mermaid — Ariel’s Undersea Adventure
Keep in mind that after you purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you’ll still need to actually BOOK your Lightning Lane reservations. For Disneyland Resort, you’re able to select one ride at a time, and each ride has a one-hour return window.
We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop with any more Lightning Lane news, so stay tuned to DFB for the latest.
