We’ve seen the closing of Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, the monorail, and more. However, one ride that was closed is reopening in the Disneyland Resort at Disney California Adventure next month. Make sure to get those calendars out so you can enjoy the ride when it comes back.

Disney recently shared that new snacks are making their way to Disneyland on April 28th, and we’re already making plans to try them! If you don’t have an upcoming Disneyland trip planned, chances are you’ll want to plan one after checking out what’s coming — let’s get into it.
Disneyland has seen a lot of closures lately. There are three current closures at Disneyland right now – Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin, and the Disneyland Monorail – and the Silly Symphony Swings are set to close on April 27th.

But now, we have some good news: two closed Disneyland attractions are reopening this month!

These rules are designed to keep everyone safe throughout the parks and to make sure everyone has a good time, too, of course! On a recent visit to the parks, we spotted some new (or newly enforced) rules at Disneyland Resort that you need to know about.

Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland
With how much you need to be on your phone in the parks these days — whether it’s for Mobile Ordering, checking wait times, or booking Lightning Lanes — your phone’s battery can drain pretty quickly. While there’s plenty of fun to be had at the Disneyland Resort during the day, nighttime comes with its own set of limitations.

Disneyland’s rules always seem to be changing, but one thing has always remained a constant — the theme park resort utilizes curfews. Despite having more relaxed hours than its Florida counterpart, Disneyland still has closing times and time limits for several offerings all over the resort. Last year, I brought up several curfews that Disneyland imposes on its guests, and in 2026, many of those same curfews — as well as others you should be aware of — will also be in effect.

That’s right, Hoppers is coming to Disney California Adventure as Mabel’s Seek & Find Activity at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail. This experience will have guests exploring, climbing, and swinging during a playful wilderness adventure for all ages.
