Due to the pandemic, Disney made the decision to cancel the 2020 Star Wars Rival Run Weekend in March. And given the ongoing health concerns, the 2021 Star Wars Rival Run Weekend will be held virtually — and the event will be reimagined with a new theme in 2022. So, if you’d like to take part in the Star Wars Rival Run Weekend, you better run to the registration page ASAP!
Those who had previously registered before it was switched to go virtual were given the opportunity to receive a full refund or convert their registration to the new virtual event. And now, additional availability is OPEN on a limited basis for the 2021 Star Wars Rival Run Weekend for those without an existing registration!

Those who sign up for the virtual event may complete the race from home, on a local running track, trail, or route of their choice. Dates for the race are April 15th-18th, 2021, and registration prices range depending on the race you choose to participate in.
