Disney Is Dropping Some MAJOR Hints About the Holiday Season

It may feel like summer has only just gotten started, but that doesn’t mean we’re not already thinking about the holiday season at Disney World!

Christmastime is here!

Between Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom, Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios, and the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, there is PLENTY to see and do at Disney World during the holidays, and while we’re waiting for some official announcements, Disney is dropping hints!

Disney is celebrating being halfway to the holidays with some seriously cryptic clues, all leading up to some announcements being revealed tomorrow, June 24th. Throughout the day, we’re expecting more clues to drop, but for now, it looks like we’ll be getting some details about Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios!

Disney shared this graphic of a holiday mantel yesterday, but it was empty. Today, there is a stocking on it that says “Kermie,” and it looks like Ollie, the Jollywood Nights mascot, is inside! When you click on the stocking, it says, “Where once there was space, now a stocking appears, with a jingle of bells softly ringing in ears.” We’re assuming this means that a Jollywood Nights announcement is on the way, and that Disney Holidays in Hollywood will be returning — a show that features Kermit and Miss Piggy!

Disney updated the fireplace to include two more stockings! First up is Mickey, whose stocking features Space Mountain, a reindeer, and holly, and says, “The second now joins, the mystery grows, with three little shapes that everyone knows.” This is clearly a hint about Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom!

The third stocking belongs to everyone’s favorite dragon, Figment! This one features a passport, dreidel, and more festive greens. It says, “The third now appears, the pattern expands, with a festival of wonder from faraway lands.” We think we can expect some EPCOT Festival of the Holidays news tomorrow as well!
