The atmosphere inside the Beast’s Castle is unlike anything else in Disney World, and we’ve had good meals there over the years. But if you’re on the fence, or only considering Be Our Guest because everyone else says you should, we’re here to suggest three other restaurants that might give you a better overall experience for the price. We’ve got a doozy of an idea that could transform this restaurant and we’re betting every Disney fan will jump on this train with us!

Tucked away in Liberty Square, this Colonial-style tavern serves up a family-style feast of roasted turkey, pot roast, stuffing, and mac and cheese. It’s basically a Thanksgiving dinner, 365 days a year — what more could you want? The warm wood tones, flickering lanterns, and Revolutionary-era décor make it the perfect escape from the Florida sun, and an ideal setting for a bit of nostalgic Disney to return.

We’ve eaten at every single Magic Kingdom restaurant, and we recently just had to make room at the top of our list for a new one!

The Beak and Barrel

The Beak and Barrel opened at Magic Kingdom in August, and it has become so popular that finding reservations for it has become difficult. This tavern is the first of its kind at Magic Kingdom, offering up cocktails, food, and more for all guests to enjoy — at least for 45 minutes. Let’s talk about how this spot has made its way into our hearts and towards the top of the list.
