We know a LOT of things are changing in Magic Kingdom, what with the big Cars expansion in Frontierland, Villains Land, and ride updates to both Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin.

Well, a huge change is coming to Magic Kingdom’s parades, too, or rather, the park’s parade schedule. We’re going to go through these changes to make sure you don’t miss a thing if you’re visiting the parks in March.

The Disney theme park has been undergoing some big updates in 2025 like Big Thunder Mountain’s long closure, Astro Orbiter disappearing, and the Hall of Presidents latest change. Now Magic Kingdom is experiencing another big change but this one is pretty exciting!

We may still be feeling the raw emotions that come with bidding farewell to a classic attraction in Magic Kingdom, but Disney has announced even more changes will be coming to entertainment across the park. Just recently, we saw changes to the parade and cavalcade schedules. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is in the works, the Hatbox Ghost will be making his way to Haunted Mansion, and soon we’ll be getting new character meet-and-greets! Earlier this year, we learned that characters from the Madrigal family would be making their way to Magic Kingdom. Mirabel is set to take over Fairytale Garden, the old Merida meet-and-greet, and her Uncle Bruno would be popping up in the park as well. And now, we have details of when he will arrive!

Regular character meet and greets recently returned to Disney World, meaning you can hug your favorite characters again!
