UPDATED April 14, 2026
An EIGHTH ship has joined Disney Cruise Line! The Disney Adventure, the largest ship of the Disney Cruise Line fleet, set sail on her maiden voyage out of Singapore on March 10th, 2026.
The Disney Adventure’s home port is in Singapore, and she is the first Disney Cruise Line ship to sail from Singapore’s Marina Bay Cruise Centre and throughout Southeast Asia. The Disney Adventure primarily offers 3- and 4-night voyages.
Uniquely, the Disney Adventure does not stop in ports of call during the voyages. Even so, Disney has called this ship the “biggest adventure yet,” featuring Disney, Pixar, and Marvel stories on board!
Themed Areas on the Disney Adventure
Presenting seven themed areas, the Adventure is “packed with immersive experiences and entertainment featuring beloved characters where families can create memories to last a lifetime… without ever leaving the ship!”
And here are just some of the ways these stories are represented in NEW AREAS on the ship…
Disney Imagination Garden
Disney shares that the Disney Imagination Garden is an “enchanted valley” inspired by more than 100 years worth of Disney storytelling, from the Jungle Book’s Mowgli to Moana, and it serves as the central hub of the Disney Adventure!
This gathering space presents performances for guests on the open-air Garden Stage.
The whole space is decorated with plants, topiaries, vines, and of course, plenty of Disney, Pixar, and Marvel easter eggs. The garden “transport(s) guests into the pages of beloved Disney stories alongside their favorite characters,” and the opposite end of Imagination Garden features a courtyard space.
In the center, a grand staircase can be used for amphitheater-style seating when watching shows on the Garden Stage. In front of the staircase is a large open “lawn” area. At the top of the staircase, you’ll find the courtyard. This space is “surrounded by lofty trees designed to look like storybook cut-outs featuring a few familiar animal pals.” In the middle of the courtyard stands a Sorcerer Mickey topiary.
However, the true centerpiece of the courtyard is the three-deck-high castle artwork on the back wall. It’s inspired by castles from Disney parks and Disney stories and takes influence from sketches done by legendary Disney artists such as Herbert Ryman, Frank Armitage, and Eyvind Earle. It’s officially Disney Cruise Line’s first castle at sea!
You can better see the dimensions from the sneak peek that Disney has provided below, showing that the Castle is intended to resemble a paper-cutout style similar to a classic pop-up storybook, inviting guests to step into their own story.

Additionally, two quick service spots inspired by The Jungle Book and Moana have both indoor seating and patio seating, for those who hope to dine with a view of the garden.
- Mowgli’s Eatery – Serving Indian cuisine, including vegetarian and regional dishes with a special Disney twist, this casual eatery is inspired by Mowgli’s epic journey in The Jungle Book.
- Gramma Tala’s Kitchen – This inviting quick service restaurant is inspired by the vibrant scenery and island flair of Moana with an imaginative menu showcasing the diverse flavors found throughout the Pacific and Asia.

And the Garden Bar is located directly under the Castle at Sea.

Disney Discovery Reef
Disney Discovery Reef houses dining and shopping in an area that is themed to the “nautical worlds” of The Little Mermaid, Finding Nemo, Lilo & Stitch, and Luca.
This is an open-air area, giving you a great view of the sky and lots of sun. However, this place TRULY shines at night, turning into a stunning bioluminescent scene!
Quick Service dining options in this area include Stitch’s ‘Ohana Grill, Cosmic Kebabs, Bewitching Boba and Brews, Taverna Portorosso.
Stitch’s Ohana Grill is a Hawaiian-style eatery serving up classic American casual food like burgers and sandwiches, “with a touch of island flair.”
Bewitching Boba and Brews is themed after The Little Mermaid, but more specifically, Ursula, Flotsam, and Jetsam.
Premium dining includes Palo Café, Palo Trattoria, and Mike and Sulley’s Flavors of Asia.
Wayfinder Bay
The Wayfinder Bay poolside retreat is complete with some of the ship’s best views! The space is inspired by Pacific Islands-inspired artistry of Moana.
Come here for a nice dip in the pool and check out the giant screen near the pool that offers an experience for interactive events and live shows like Moana: Call of the Sea. Or stop by the Wayfinder Bar for a drink or two.
Town Square
Town Square is a “fantastical forest” where passengers can find shops, lounges, cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues. It’s like stepping into a fairytale! Here you’ll find theming elements inspired by Cinderella, Tiana, Anna, Elsa, Rapunzel, and all your favorite Disney princesses.
While the area boasts lots of dining and shopping, the big draw is the stunning Walt Disney Theatre, where you can watch live Broadway-level performances throughout your vacation.
You can find several places to grab a quick sip or snack in Town Square, too! Tiana’s Bayou Lounge is themed, of course, after Disney’s Princess and the Frog.
Pssst… You can grab BEIGNETS at sea here!

Bacha Coffee hosts a shop onboard the Adventure! This company has been around since 1910, but this is the first time they’ve ever been aboard a Disney ship.
