DinoLand at Animal Kingdom is being transformed into the new Tropical Americas-themed Pueblo Esperanza, and ahead of that transformation, Disney has announced that Dino-Bite Snacks and Trilo-Bites will permanently close on October 20th, 2025. Here’s what you need to know.

Just kidding! We never take a break from Disney food (and why would we want to?). So this week, we took the opportunity to revisit one of our favorite underrated Disney World hotel restaurants, as well as checked out a new EPCOT Food and Wine Festival breakfast buffet offering. PLUS Disney World restaurants were busy getting changed this week, and we always have to keep you updated on that. So let’s get to those updates.
It’s the second week of August, and we have been busy eating and drinking our way around Disney World this week.

That’s because the Disney Adults Crawl is officially ON (you can learn more about that here) AND Disney has already dropped MORE snacks for World Princess Week, including snacks themed around Moana, Tiana, Pocahontas, and more. Disney World restaurants have also been busying changing up their menus, so let’s see what changed this week.

Of course, we’re excited to get into the parks without having to purchase a new ticket every time. We finally got LOADS of new details about the Cars expansion coming to Frontierland, including that it will be called Piston Peak, and that it will introduce some new characters into the Cars universe (now if only Disney would drop some hints about what kind of FOOD this expansion will have — we have questions!). Anyway, speaking of food, we’ve been monitoring menu changes at Disney World restaurants all week, so let’s take a look at what’s been updated.

Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde are getting ready to move in, and the dinosaurs’ extinction is imminent. While we sadly await the official goodbye to DinoLand, we were lucky enough to dig up a new treat in the land! Let’s see if it’s worth excavating.
Wow…what a week in Disney World. We just got the news that the seasonal foodie celebration, Flavors of Florida, will start soon, and we’re readying our tastebuds for that.

However, we’ve also been munching on some Stitch-themed treats to celebrate the release of the live-action Lilo & Stitch movie, while enjoying a new snack in EPCOT that’s served in a coconut shell (because why not?). In the meantime, we’ve been looking over Disney World restaurant menus, so we can keep you updated on how restaurants are changing. So let’s see what’s changed this week!
