One thing you should know about me is that I absolutely love sandwiches. I think they’re one of the best snacks and lunches, and are always there when you need them. When I can’t decide what to eat in Disney World, I’m usually going to grab a sandwich.

If you’re looking for spooky, Halloween vibes all year round, one of the best places to find them is at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs. This bakery has a dimly lit interior with large, antique-looking bookcases and portraits of ghoulish (but also sort of adorable) characters. Oh, and did we mention the incredible giant cookies and decadent cake slices? Tooooons of Halloween offerings were late to the party this year. The Donald Duck Candy Corn Sipper took its time to get here. Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit is just now arriving at EPCOT. And a bunch of Halloween treats came to the resort at the very last minute. So, let’s head over to Hollywood Studios to try one of those new treats! (Beware: arachnophobes may not enjoy what lies ahead.)

A highly-awaited Halloween sipper, new treats, a Pluto Halloween scavenger hunt — the Halloween season has had many later arrivals. And it’s time for us to bite into another one of the new treats to arrive at the resort. So, let’s head over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to taste a new pumpkin dessert!
Well, we didn’t expect to find a devil on our treat in Disney World, but here we are.
The Friar’s Nook
Friar’s Nook at Magic Kingdom has a few menu items right now that nod to a throwback ride — Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride. This attraction has been closed at Disney World for more than 20 years, but the Nook is honoring its legacy as part of Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebrations. You can get a Wild Toad Brat Burger here, or try the Wild Ride slushy. There used to be a Mr. Toad’s Dome Cake here as well, but now it’s been REPLACED by something a little more sinister.
Can’t get enough of Prince William and Kate Middleton? Following all the latest on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle? Well, now you don’t have to tune into the news to get your British royalty fix — you can head to Disney World! Wait…what?
United Kingdom Pavilion
Right now, Queen Elizabeth II is celebrating her Platinum Jubilee — this means that she’s been on the throne for 70 years (!!), making her only the second queen to EVER be on the throne this long. A pretty big deal, right? Well, you can mark the occasion in EPCOT’s U.K. Pavilion for only TWO days (June 4th and 5th) with a new treat and, of course, we had to stop by to give it a try!
Between the return of the Main Street Electrical Parade, Disneyland Forever fireworks, and World of Color, in Disneyland Resort, there’s A LOT to keep guests busy after dark! But, what’s been keeping us busy? Well, all the NEW treats that have arrived for the occasion, of course!
Disneyland Forever
We’ve had Unicorn-themed ice cream, Disneyland’s take on Funfetti cake, a churro that turned our teeth blue, and one of the newest treats even had our team DIVIDED. But, we’re not done yet! There are seriously A TON of treats available to celebrate The Main Street Electrical Parade coming back for the first time since 2019 and today we’re headed over to Red Rose Taverne to see if the newest themed drink can compete with all the other treats!

Disney’s Halfway to Halloween event has brought spooky treats to both Disney World and Disneyland! Of course, being Halloween fans ourselves, we had to join in on the fun. Now don’t close your eyes, and don’t try to hide…or you might miss out on this creepy treat!
