Cool KIDS’ SUMMER is in full swing in Disney World, and that means there are new additions in every park to enjoy for the season.
Jessie’s Roundup in Magic Kingdom!
One of our favorite additions of the season is Jessie’s Roundup inside The Diamond Horseshoe in Magic Kingdom. There are shows happening all throughout the day with some of your favorite Toy Story pals, as well as games that kiddos can play while everyone in the family enjoys some much-needed AC. In fact, it’s so much fun, that a member of the Toy Story 5 cast just popped into the park to say hello!
In a video just released by @disneyparks on TikTok, when the cast of Jessie’s Roundup was at what they thought was a normal rehearsal, they were surprised by a visit from none other than Joan Cusack herself, who voices Jessie in all four Toy Story films (remember, we didn’t meet Jessie until the second film)!

Joan chatted with the Cast Members about how much she loves the show and how proud they should be, especially since the show focuses so much around friendship. She also commented on the Toy Story 5 film, releasing on June 19th, and talked about how great of a film she thinks it is. We know we certainly can’t wait to see it in a few short weeks!

You can catch Jessie’s Roundup for the majority of each day in Magic Kingdom, though just like other entertainment, the times are subject to change without warning. While it is more geared towards kids, if you’re looking for a place to sit down for a moment and cool off, this is a great space.
