Disney World hotel pricing has a way of humbling even the most optimistic vacation planner. One minute you’re casually checking rates, and the next you’re wondering if a room with two queen beds and a themed shower curtain should require a small ceremony with your credit card.
But every once in a while, Disney drops a deal that makes a few hotels worth another look. And right now, eligible Disney+ Perks members can find special summer 2026 room rates at select Disney World hotels, with prices starting at $99 per night.
This offer is valid most nights from June 21st through August 15th, 2026, with a 2-night minimum stay required. The number of rooms available for this offer is limited, and you’ll need to be a Disney+ Perks member to book it. So, which hotels are suddenly looking like better deals? Let’s get into it.
Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
This is the big headline-maker. Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort has standard rooms starting at $99 per night, plus tax, for select dates included in this offer. For a Disney World hotel, that is basically “check the calendar before it disappears” pricing.
All-Star Sports is a Value Resort, so you’re not getting a lazy river, a monorail stop, or a lobby that smells like expensive vacation decisions. But you are getting access to Disney transportation, Early Theme Park Entry, and a place to sleep on Disney property without setting your wallet on fire. This is a particularly smart pick if your Disney World plan is mostly “rope drop, snack aggressively, pass out, repeat.”
The SECRET Way to Make Your Disney’s All-Star Hotel Room Feel Totally Different
Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside
Port Orleans Riverside is one of those resorts that can quietly steal your heart when you’re not paying attention. It has gorgeous grounds, boat transportation to Disney Springs, and enough peaceful pathways to make you briefly forget you spent 47 minutes debating Lightning Lane strategy.
With this offer, standard location 5th sleeper rooms start at $169 per night, plus tax, for select dates. That’s worth considering because Riverside is a Moderate Resort, and those 5th-sleeper rooms can be especially helpful for families who need a little more flexibility. You’re not moving into a villa, but you are getting a room setup that may work better than squeezing everyone into a standard arrangement and hoping nobody kicks anyone in the spleen at 2AM.

Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
Art of Animation is included in this deal, too, but not for the Little Mermaid standard rooms. This offer applies to Cars Family Suites, which start at $249 per night, plus tax, for select dates. Family suites can be a lifesaver if you’re traveling with kids, grandparents, teens, or anyone who needs a door between them and another person’s sleep noises.
Art of Animation also has the Skyliner, which is a major perk if you’re spending time at EPCOT or Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Yes, the Cars section is not right next to the Skyliner station, but the resort’s larger-than-life theming does a lot of heavy lifting. Kids love it. Adults love the extra space. Everyone loves not having to share one bathroom sink while trying to get out the door by 7:14AM.
New Rooms Are Coming to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort!
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
This one is interesting because Saratoga Springs is a Deluxe Villa Resort, and under this offer, Deluxe Studios start at $279 per night, plus tax, for select dates. Saratoga Springs is not always the flashiest pick in the Disney hotel lineup, but that can work in your favor. It’s big, calm, and close to Disney Springs, which means your vacation can include parks, pools, and an evening stroll toward dinner without needing to make peace with a bus transfer.
The Deluxe Studios can be a good fit for smaller groups who want a little more room and a more relaxed resort feel. It’s not the resort for people who want to roll out of bed and be at Magic Kingdom in seven minutes. But if your vacation style includes pool time, Disney Springs dining, and pretending you’re “taking it easy” while still walking 19,000 steps, Saratoga Springs deserves a closer look.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
Animal Kingdom Lodge is the emotional trapdoor of Disney hotels. You think you’re just booking a room, and suddenly you’re standing on a balcony watching animals wander by while your budget quietly mutters, “Well played.” With this Disney+ Perks offer, savanna view rooms at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge start at $369 per night, plus tax, for select dates.
That is still not pocket change. But savanna view rooms are one of the most unique hotel experiences at Disney World, and if you’ve been dreaming about staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge, this deal may make it feel more realistic. This could be a great choice for a slower Disney trip, a special occasion, or a family that wants the resort itself to be part of the vacation. Sometimes the best Disney memories happen outside the parks, especially when there are giraffes involved.

Check Your Calendar
Disney has two different pricing windows listed for this offer. The lowest listed rates are available most nights from June 21st through July 1st, July 5th through July 8th, and July 12th through August 5th, 2026. There are also other great rates for most nights from July 2nd through July 4th, July 9th through July 11th, and August 6th through August 15th, 2026. Those dates are a little higher.
For example, All-Star Sports starts at $109 per night instead of $99, and Animal Kingdom Lodge savanna view rooms start at $389 instead of $369. If your dates are flexible, compare them carefully before you book. Tiny date shifts can make a not-so-tiny difference.
10 Disney World Restaurants CONFIRM 40% Discount in June
A Few Very Important Details
Before you sprint to book like someone just said “free dining,” there are rules. You must be a Disney+ subscriber enrolled in Disney+ Perks, and the Disney+ subscriber must stay in the room. You’ll also need proof of Disney+ subscription, and you must be logged into the Disney World website using the email address associated with your Disney+ subscription to book online.
The stay must be at least 2 consecutive nights, and the maximum stay is 14 nights. Theme park tickets are not included, and this offer cannot be combined with most other discounts or promotions. The number of rooms allocated for this offer is limited, which is fine print for “don’t assume this will still be sitting there later with a tiny umbrella drink.”
CONFIRMED: Disney Drops NEW Summer Hotel Deal
Why This Deal Is Worth a Second Look
The real appeal here is that this offer covers several different vacation styles.
- Budget-focused trip? All-Star Sports is the obvious contender.
- Need room for a family? Art of Animation’s Cars Family Suites may be the move.
- Want a Moderate Resort with charm and a little more breathing room? Port Orleans Riverside is looking sharp.
- Want a calmer stay near Disney Springs? Saratoga Springs is worth pricing out.
- Dreaming of waking up to animals outside your room? Animal Kingdom Lodge just got more interesting.
This is not a one-size-fits-all deal, but it does make these 5 hotels more competitive for summer travelers who qualify. And in Disney World planning, “more competitive” is sometimes the phrase that keeps your budget from wandering into the swamp with a tiny bindle.
CONFIRMED: Disney Drops NEW Summer Hotel Deal
Should You Book It?
If you’re already a Disney+ subscriber or willing to become one and enroll in Disney+ Perks, this is absolutely worth checking.
Summer at Disney World is hot enough to make your sunglasses question their life choices, but hotel deals can make the season more manageable. Plus, Disney Resort hotel guests get perks like Early Theme Park Entry, Disney transportation, advance booking windows for things like dining reservations and Lightning Lane passes, and water park admission on check-in day for arrivals during the eligible 2026 summer window.
Just make sure you compare the total cost of the trip. Look at tickets, food, transportation, resort fees where applicable, and whether the room type actually works for your group. A deal is only a deal if it fits the vacation you’re actually trying to take. But if one of these 5 hotels was already on your list, this Disney+ Perks offer might be the nudge that moves it from “maybe someday” to “fine, open the spreadsheet.”
