If you’ve been to Disneyland multiple times, you might wonder if there’s something new you can do that you haven’t done before. That means you’ve already seen some of the NEW things to see at Disneyland, like the Walt Disney animatronic and 70th Anniversary Celebration entertainment, along with some of the park’s newer offerings.
However, a new tour is guaranteed to not only keep you entertained but also teach you more about the history of Disneyland. So if you’re interested in the Women Who Make Magic tour, we’ve got all the details!
The Women Who Make Magic guided tour highlights some of the women who helped bring the whole of Disneyland to life. According to Disney, you’ll be “accompanied by the sound of beautiful music, travel through the living storybook of Disneyland Park and take in its realms of whimsy as you witness firsthand the accomplishments of legendary women — all leaders in their fields — who helped make this original Disney theme park a reality.”
You’ll learn more about the contributions of Harriet Burns, Alice Davis, Mary Blair, Ruth Shellhorn, Leota Toombs, Kim Irvine, Dorothea Redmond, and more. Learn how they started working for Disney, how they made names for themselves, and how they paved the way for future generations of women.
Tickets are $110 per person, and reservations are available now. You will need a valid park pass reservation and admission to Disneyland to take the tour. You’ll also need to check in 15 minutes before the tour time at the Tour Gardens on Main Street, U.S.A. Only 12 people will be allowed in each group, so tickets are limited. Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
The first tour starts on March 6th, and the tour lasts approximately two hours. If you’re interested, book those reservations ASAP.
We’ll keep an eye out for more fun things to do in Disneyland, so stay tuned to DFB for more.

Obviously, being female, I’m glad women have added to the accomplishments in the workforce but why are we constantly beating this clichéd drum of “women power”? Seems like anything associated with men is taboo which is ridiculous!!
