CHANGES are happening all over Disney World, and yeah, it’s a lot to keep track of. Magic Kingdom is in the process of getting an updated ride in Frontierland, a new EXPANSION in Frontierland, an updated ride in Tomorrowland, and…oh, an ENTIRELY NEW Land. Hollywood Studios is also getting an updated ride, an updated area, and a new land. Animal Kingdom is getting a new attraction in the Tree of Life, PLUS a new land. Whew — that’s a lot.
However, some changes are happening over in EPCOT, too, although they’re a little less massive. For example, if you visit the Japan Pavilion, you might discover that Garden House, the sake bar in the pavilion, has switched locations — so we’re going to tell you where to find it.
Garden House is a small kiosk and bar in EPCOT’s Japan Pavilion that serves up hot and cold sake cocktails, as well as some seasonal specialties. It’s also a great spot to grab some delicious plum wine. However, the outside location of Garden House is not open right now, and the bar has temporarily moved inside Mitsukoshi, where you’ll find the food and snack items in that store.
Don’t worry, though. You’ll still be able to order your favorite cocktails, including a special cocktail flight and the Kyoho Calpico Cocktail.
However, we noticed that a few of Garden House’s regular menu items are missing from the new location. We’re not seeing the regular cold sake, sparkling sake, canned sake, or bottled beer on the menu inside Mitsukoshi.
To order, you just need to follow the sign’s instructions. Order on the left and exit on your right.
We don’t know how long Garden House will be inside Mitsukoshi, but we’ll keep an eye out for when it moves back to its outdoor location. In the meantime, you know where to grab a refreshing sake beverage in Japan now. And while you’re at it, do as I do: grab some fun Japanese snacks like mochi, matcha Kit-Kats, Pocky, and more!
