When it comes to Disney World snacks, we’ll be honest…there are some that are better than others.

And here at DFB, we’ve got our list of favorites! We’re big fans of Dole Whip, plastic cheese, corn dog nuggets, the Adventureland spring rolls, Karamell Kuche treats, and many others. So when we walked into Magic Kingdom today and noticed that one of our favorites was back again, we obviously had to shout it from the rooftops!

For this delicious treat, we’re heading over to Cheshire Cafe on the edge of Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. For the past few months, a popular snack has been MISSING here.

The Cheshire Cat Tail is a favorite treat, but if you’ve tried to buy it recently, you would have been given the Cheshire Cat Paw instead. It was alright, but it wasn’t quite the same.

However, now the Cheshire Cat Tail is BACK! It has reappeared on the menu for $5.79.

It’s BACK!

It’s a tail-shaped twisted pastry, filled with chocolate chips and topped with squiggles of pink and purple icing — to look just like the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland.

It was delicious and gooey and chocolatey — all of the best things! There were lots of flaky layers in the pastry and it had just the right amount of sweetness. YUM.

It’s a pretty good value for the price and would be an excellent mid-morning snack or breakfast treat. There’s a reason why we love it so much!

For those who want to try this but won’t be visiting Magic Kingdom, make sure to check out the similar Tiger Tail pastry at Animal Kingdom. You can find it at Isle of Java on Discovery Island.
