A popular parade is finally returning to Disneyland! 🎉

“Magic Happens” Parade

The Walt Disney Company is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2023, and as part of the celebrations, the “Magic Happens” Parade will be returning to Disneyland Resort. We first heard of the parade’s return at the 2022 D23 Expo, but now we know WHEN the parade will start running once again!

Disney announced that the “Magic Happens” Parade will return to Disneyland on February 24th, 2023!

The parade, which first debuted in 2020, celebrates “the awe-inspiring moments of magic that are at the heart of so many Disney stories.” During the parade, you’ll see Mickey and Minnie Mouse along with some of their pals; Moana, Maui, and Pua, from Moana; a few characters from Coco; Disney princesses; and several other iconic Disney characters.

Disney hasn’t released the showtimes for the parade yet, but they have confirmed that it’ll be a daytime parade.

And don’t forget that TWO new nighttime spectaculars have been announced for Disneyland as well. Disney has also shared new decor, food, and character costumes to celebrate the big 100-year occasion!
