Spring is just around the corner and Disney World is gearing up for the warmer weather with all sorts of changes around the park…including the arrival of this year’s EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival that goes on all season long!

Spring also brings new menu items from many Disney restaurants and snack spots including the new strawberry salad and shortcake treat at Pecos Bill. But that’s not the only place that’s getting a strawberry snack for the season!
Sharing in the strawberry fever is Vivo il Gelato in Disney Springs with a Strawberry Cannoli!

Vivo il Gelato is most known for their over 20 different gelatos and sorbets, but they also carry several pastries including an assortment of cannoli. Last month, the Gelateria added the Maple Bacon Cannoli to their menu which we reviewed and had…mixed feelings about.

However, we’ve got much higher hopes for the Strawberry Cannoli, you can’t go wrong with a classic flavor! Announced on Instagram, Vivo il Gelato describes the Strawberry cannoli as “Sweet cream made of ricotta cheese, sugar and strawberries in our delicious, crispy pastry shell.” And do we spot fresh strawberries in that cream? YUM!
