There’s a new shop in town — in Disney Springs!

A popular jewelry store just opened in Disney Springs, and we also found a new…meaty cannoli (??) and a very unique way to propose. Let’s get into it all the news from Disney Springs!

Disney Springs Food Update

Vivoli il Gelato is known for its gelato and sorbet, but you’ll also find espresso drinks, tarts, and even cannolis. We tried the Maple Bacon Cannoli for $7, and y’all…it was something. This bacon-wrapped cannoli is filled with maple bacon-flavored cannoli cream, and although we loved the plain cannoli shell, the rest of it didn’t really work.

There was a whole LOT of bacon, and it wasn’t candied bacon, so you’re getting a very strong pork flavor. The cream was sweet but it melted quickly because it wasn’t fully set, and there were more bacon chunks in the cream. Overall, it was kind of unpleasant to eat. If you really love bacon, you might enjoy this, but otherwise — you probably want to steer clear.

We also found an unlikely way to propose in Disney World — with Joffrey’s Coffee latte art! You can get a variety of latte art at the Joffrey’s location in Disney Springs, including special offerings like this one that says, “Will you marry me?”

Disney Springs Construction Update

The Kendra Scott store has officially opened! Here you can shop for tons of jewelry, including both customizable and engraving options. This location also works with the nonprofit organization Inheritance of Hope, and a percentage of all purchases will be donated.

We spotted a huge range of jewelry fit for a variety of tastes, including earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and much more. Head to the Town Center area of Disney Springs to get your jewelry fix at Kendra Scott!

At Disney Style, we spotted a new Baymax Collection! This collection includes a hoodie, a variety of t-shirts, and sweatpants, all featuring a graffiti art style. They look so comfy!

In more cozy news, there was also a new Robin Hood Set, including a hoodie and sweatpants with a green flannel design. And there was a Chip ‘n Dale Set too, with a zip-front sweatshirt and matching cozy pants.
