Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebration is about to begin — can you feel the anticipation building?
The Castle is READY!
It will soon be October 1st, the day when all of the celebrations begin. There will be a new character cavalcade, new character outfits, and TWO new nighttime shows for everyone to enjoy — Harmonious will debut at EPCOT and Disney Enchantment will debut at Magic Kingdom! IT’S SO EXCITING! We’ve already shared a peek at some of the testing going on for Enchantment, but now we’ve got a behind-the-scenes look at some of the music you’ll be able to listen to during the show!
Not too long ago, Disney shared a sneak peek at the music that will be featured in Magic Kingdom’s new fireworks show. Now, Disney has posted a SPECIAL behind-the-scenes video of a recording session for the music for the show. Warning: the following may give you happy goosebumps (you don’t even want to know how many times we’ve watched this already!).

COME ON!! Now you’ve got to listen to it again, close your eyes, picture the castle in front of you, imagine the sight of those projections down Main Street, U.S.A., see (in your mind) the fireworks up above, and just picture being surrounded by family, friends, and fellow Disney fans celebrating 50 years of magic in Disney World. Oh no, someone get us a tissue, we can feel the tears coming already!

Like we mentioned, Disney previously shared a piece of the song “You are the Magic,” which is set to play during climactic moments of Enchantment, “as we discover we only have to look within to ignite the magic that was inside us all along.” So now we’ve heard several pieces from the new show!

AND we got a sneak peek at Enchantment recently when Disney tested some fireworks for the show!
