After all, once you’ve done all the hard work of picking out just the right new Disney mini backpack, you deserve to treat yourself! We saw a treat at Vivoli il Gelato in the Springs that is PERFECT for cooling off on a hot Florida day!
Vivoli il Gelato is a family-run gelato shop that began scooping out its delicious gelato in Florence, Italy, in 1930! You can pick from more than twenty different flavors of gelato at this shop, but they also have shakes, waffles, and a bakery!
Peanut Butter Cannoli at Vivoli Il Gelato
It all sounds delicious, but we’ve got our eye on one treat in particular: the Tropicale Float! This float is made from coconut sorbetto, mango sorbetto, and San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa, then topped with whipped cream and a cherry!

The tropical flavors should make it the perfect drink for celebrating summer in the Disney parks! It’s $11 at Vivoli il Gelato now at Disney Springs! We will be giving it a try tomorrow!
And if it’s not quite enough to fill you up, we highly recommend the cookies and cream waffle, also at Vivoli il Gelato! It’s topped with gelato, whipped cream, and crushed cookies, and you can get one to share (because it’s BIG!) for $12!
