D23: The Official Disney Fan Club and Walt Disney Imagineering are teaming up in the Magical Milestones series to celebrate!

Coming up soon, D23 Members can hear from a panel of Disney’s most creative minds, learn about the history and future of Shanghai Disney, and receive a sneak peek into what’s coming next to the park!

The Academy Award®-nominated director Leslie Iwerks will host the event, which features a roundtable discussion with Wing Chao (retired Imagineer), Doris Woodward (retired Imagineer and the Resort’s Senior Director and Producer), Howard Brown (General Manager & Site Portfolio Executive, Walt Disney Imagineering Asia), and Bob Weis (President — Creative & New Experience Development, Walt Disney Imagineering).

Those who attend get a glimpse of the magic behind Shanghai Disney, with looks into the Disney Pixar Toy Story Land, the new Mickey’s Storybook Adventure, and amazing nighttime show Illuminate! D23 Members also will get a sneak peek at the new Zootopia-themed land, set to open this year!
