It’s almost St. Patrick’s Day — and you know what that means!
There’s boozy coffee here!
It means that we’re eating ALL the St. Patrick’s Day snacks. But it also means, we’re drinking some AMAZING St. Patrick’s Day drinks! And, we’ve already tried the Pop o’ The Morning Cocktail, a Shamrock Sour, and the Peppermint Patti drink!
Today, we got to try the Irish Coffee made with Joffrey’s Coffee (which we LOVE), Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur, Whipped Cream, and Shamrock Sprinkles. This Irish Coffee is iced, though, which is perfect for warm days in Florida!
Iced Irish Coffee? OH, yeah!
One of our favorite coffees mixed with Bailey’s is already a huge win in our book, and this coffee had the perfect amount — the Bailey’s wasn’t so strong that it overpowered the coffee. And for added sweetness, we totally stirred our whipped cream into the drink — you’re welcome for that little tip!
Irish Coffee
Just l0ok at those cute green sprinkles! That’s the only thing over the top about this drink — it’s as simple and Irish as you can get! However, we will warn you that this isn’t a super sweet drink, and if that’s your thing, you can skip it or add some extra sugar (packets of it are readily available). We were a little sad that the sprinkles weren’t Shamrock-shaped like on the sign, but the little green sprinkles are still a cute touch.

We had our Irish Coffee from Isle of Java at Disney’s Animal Kingdom for $12. We’re trying out even more St. Patrick’s Day treats, so keep an eye out for more reviews!
