So it’s no secret that we LOVE Homecomin‘ in Disney Springs. We’re always looking for an excuse to revisit this restaurant to eat up some wonderful Florida-inspired home-cooked meals.
Well, it looks like we’ll be making a reservation again soon for Homecomin,’ because a popular post-Thanksgiving favorite, the Post-Turkey Day Sammy, is coming to the restaurant next week, and Homecomin’ fans are already chatting about it!
The Post-Turkey Day Sammy is coming back to Homecomin’ this year and will make its 2025 debut on November 28th. However, you’ll only have through November 30th (the end of Thanksgiving weekend) to order it, so you’ll want to make sure you’re headed to Disney Springs that weekend!
The sammy is made with smoked turkey, cornbread stuffing, and cranberry aioli, all piled high between toasted artisanal bread. YUM. To quote @emmalee.peck, “sad day to live on the west coast.” We’d also like to quote @fourthemeparks and say “We’ll be right over! 🦃✨🍽️”
Homecomin’ is also offering a take-home Thanksgiving feast this year, but those have already sold out. If you’re trying to grab a Thanksgiving meal in Disney World, though, you’ll find special menus at many Disney World hotel restaurants, including Whispering Canyon Cafe, Steakhouse 71, Sanaa, Olivia’s Cafe, and more.
You’ll also be able to get a Thanksgiving meal in the parks. In Magic Kingdom, you can get a Thanksgiving feast year-round at Liberty Tree Tavern and Diamond Horseshoe. Garden Grill in EPCOT serves a meal that could certainly give you the Thanksgiving feels. Minnie’s Seasonal Holiday Dine at Hollywood & Vine in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is serving up a seasonal buffet. A special Thanksgiving Dinner Bowl will be available at Satu’li Canteen in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
