As Universal’s new theme park enters its first summer season, Epic Universe seems prepped to ring in its inaugural Independence Day with a BANG!
We are all about celebrating big anniversaries. A few years ago, we were celebrating Disney World’s 50th Anniversary, followed by the 100th Anniversary of the Walt Disney Company.
We’re currently celebrating the 70th Anniversary of Disneyland RIGHT NOW. Well, we’re also celebrating one of Disney’s international parks, Hong Kong Disneyland, because it just turned 20! So we made our way to Hong Kong Disneyland to check out everything you can see and do for the big celebration. So let’s take a look at all the Hong Kong Disneyland 20th Anniversary entertainment!
Well, there’s a HUGE holiday right around the corner — and we bet a lot of folks are going to be coming to Disney World to celebrate.
Yep, we’re talking about the 4th of July and with the holiday landing on a Friday this year, we’re expecting that weekend to be full of people saluting all things America. Now, Disney World does celebrate the 4th every year and we’ve already confirmed the special 4th of July fireworks show in Magic Kingdom, but now Disney has confirmed that EPCOT’s 4th of July fireworks will be returning this year, too.
A big holiday is coming up soon — and we’re looking forward to seeing how Disney World celebrates.
Yes, the 4th of July is right around the corner, and, of course, the big thing that EVERYONE uses to celebrate is fireworks. Now, of course, there are special fireworks in Magic Kingdom for the big day, but if you’ll be visiting Orlando or live in the city, there are some new fireworks rules you need to be aware of this year.
We’re just a few weeks away from the Fourth of July!

Fourth of July!
July 4th is almost here, so you know what that means — getting together with friends and family, food, and of course, fireworks. Fourth of July fireworks are a staple for the holiday, but no one does it like Disney World does! It’s time to get ready for them because the schedule for these holiday fireworks just got released.
Is there anything as magical as getting to watch the fireworks at Magic Kingdom at the end of your day?
Well, what would you say to watching them from a private boat while floating on the lagoon with snacks in hand and zero crowds? Yeah, possible, and yes it’s a splurge — but if you’re looking for something extra special (and I mean really special), this might be one of the best-kept Disney World secrets. For $449, you can book a fireworks cruise that gives you front-row views of Magic Kingdom or EPCOT’s nighttime spectaculars—from the water. We recently did one and we’re already thinking about when to book it again. Let’s talk details.
Watching Happily Ever After to end your day at Magic Kingdom can be so magical!
Did you know that you could upgrade your fireworks viewing experience? While the Magic Kingdom hosts a variety of Firework Dessert Parties at Tomorrowland Terrace, you can get a private viewing experience from outside the park! It will cost you a pretty penny, but let me tell you, it is 100% worth it!!
Disney World is known for a lot of things, but one of the primary ones is its incredible shows and fireworks displays.
Specifically, Happily Ever After in Magic Kingdom causes many people to cry nostalgic tears, especially when Tinker Bell flies, and Luminous in EPCOT has a large group of fans, too. However, sometimes being in the massive crowds to see these shows isn’t ideal, especially if you don’t do well with crowds. It’s also a bummer if you have to leave the parks to make your flight home in time…or is it? We just found out something that is a MAJOR game changer at Orlando International Airport (MCO) that you 100% may want to take advantage of before/after your next flight!
If you’re a Star Wars fan, you need to go to Disneyland NOW.
That’s because Disneyland’s annual Season of the Force, a celebration of all things Star Wars, has officially kicked off and will run through May 11th. Now, we’ve already told you a little bit about this year’s celebration, like what kind of special food and drinks will be offered, as well as shown off that GORGEOUS Death Star popcorn bucket. But we want to fill you in on everything ELSE that’s happening in Disneyland during this special season.
It’s been a YEAR in Disney World. Let’s just say keeping up with all the changes (and those to come) has been a challenge.
We’ve literally watched part of DinoLand, U.S.A. in Disney’s Animal Kingdom get shut down to make way for a new land. We’ve seen the end of It’s Tough To Be A Bug so that a new Zootopia-themed show can take over its spot. We’ve mourned the upcoming loss of Muppets Courtyard as it gets converted into a Monsters, Inc. land. Over in Magic Kingdom, we’re a little upset about the upcoming loss of Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island for a Cars expansion. But something else is changing soon in Magic Kingdom, too: nighttime entertainment.
