There are several new lands in development around the theme parks, like Villains Land, Piston Peak, Monsters, Inc. Land, and more. Outside of the theme parks, there are also several new developments, like transportation changes and refurbishments. One of the most anticipated updates is Disney’s brand new hotel, Lakeshore Lodge, and we have a NEW look at construction.

Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge is the newest Disney Vacation Club (DVC) hotel being built near Magic Kingdom, and it seems to be coming along quite nicely. Originally, Disney announced as Reflections: A Lakeside Lodge, this project has been a long time coming and has taken several turns over the year. However, as completion nears, we want to go over everything that’s already been confirmed for Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge and what you should expect.

Well, what would you say to watching them from a private boat while floating on the lagoon with snacks in hand and zero crowds? For $449, you can book a fireworks cruise that gives you front-row views of Magic Kingdom or EPCOT’s nighttime spectaculars—from the water. While the Magic Kingdom hosts a variety of Firework Dessert Parties at Tomorrowland Terrace, you can get a private viewing experience from outside the park! It will cost you a pretty penny, but let me tell you, it is 100% worth it!!

Out on the waters of Bay Lake
If so, you’ve definitely got options! Will you try some of the most expensive dishes on the property? Ride the tallest and fastest rides? Try to meet and get autographs for every Disney character you can find? Well, if you’re looking for a Disney experience that’s more than a little off the beaten path, we’ve got one for you, and truthfully there aren’t enough people that even realize it’s an option!
If you had a $40,000 vehicle, you would never loan it out to a stranger for $50 when that stranger had no idea how to drive it and had no supervision, right? That, apparently, is one of the key differences between you and Disney World.
Bay Lake
Turns out, you can rent a pontoon boat and drive it around Bay Lake (that’s the one right in front of Magic Kingdom), and it’s SHOCKINGLY cheap.
