We’ve long known that Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ in Disney Springs is one of our favorite spots to eat, especially for brunch, but a lot of people forget just how incredible their lunch and dinner menu is as well.

We ourselves do the same from time to time, so when we heard there was a new burger available on the menu, we knew we had to go check it out, just to see if it would live up to the hype we nearly always feel about this spot. And WOW, let’s just say, this burger was so good, we think we’ll be dreaming about it for WEEKS.

Wine Bar George is one of our absolute favorite restaurants out there, but sometimes you don’t have time to snag a reservation, or they’re all filled up. In either case, you can stop by The Basket at Wine Bar George, which is the quick service section of this restaurant. You won’t get access to the full menu, but there are some pretty great options to try. That’s especially true now that there’s a NEW limited-time Greek menu — it totally blew our minds!

This Popular Disney World Cocktail Class Has Officially Returned!

The Shaken & Stirred Cocktail Series has returned to The Edison in Disney Springs! These intimate, hands-on classes allow guests to “explore premium spirits, learn cocktail-making techniques, and enjoy tastings with a light lunch.” Tickets are now on sale for these classes, and with only 10 spots available per class, you will want to book sooner rather than later.

Shaken & Stirred Cocktail classes will take place on select Saturdays throughout 2026. Each class is led by a private bartender and features a theme. Whenever a viral trend takes over the internet, we start to watch Disney even closer, because it’s usually only a matter of time before they join in on it. We were pretty surprised when Disney didn’t jump on the Dubai chocolate trend within months of it becoming popular and then STAYING popular, but it appears now that’s all changed!
