Everglazed Donuts in Disney Springs is one of the many spots to grab a sweet treat in the shopping and dining district, but there’s a reason it remains one of our favorites.

A Donut Burger!

While the location is home to classic donuts every day of the week, along with cold brew to make for the perfect morning meal, there are also some pretty unique options on the menu. Some of them are year-round, while others come and go, and this returning menu item? Well, it’s ONLY available for Memorial Day weekend, and while it messed with our minds, we highly recommend you check it out before it’s gone!

Available only through May 25th, Everglazed has a new Donut Burger on its menu, and it’s MASSIVE! We’ve seen it at this spot before, but we’re thrilled it’s made a comeback, even if it’s for a limited time. Despite what you may think when looking at it, YES, it is all made of donuts and buttercream, plus the addition of the seeds at the top, that really tricks your mind into thinking you’re about to bite into a burger!

The Donut Burger consists of a glazed donut cut in half, acting as the top and bottom buns, plus buttercream lettuce, ketchup, and cheese, and is complete with a chocolate cake donut in the middle to act as the burger. The textures here are on point, which makes this not only fun to eat, but delicious (but VERY sweet) too.

The pillowy softness of the glazed donut was beautiful, and while they’re plenty sweet, the majority of the sugary taste comes from the buttercream itself. While the “toppings” are different colors, they’re not flavored differently, so it’s just buttercream through and through. The cake donut in the middle really brings it all together — since it’s a firmer, denser donut, it acts well as the “meat” of the burger. It’s fun, unique, delicious, and certainly shareable, so in our eyes, if you love sweets (with a special spot for donuts), this is a must-try.
