In case you missed it, we’ve been sailing on the brand new Disney Adventure, which is the first Disney Cruise Line ship to sail out of Singapore. And y’all…so far, it’s been MAGICAL (yeah, we know that word is overused, but it really is the BEST way to describe this cruise).

Our new favorite burger?

There’s so much to see and do on the ship. We even got to ride some Marvel-themed attractions, visited a Moana-themed restaurant, and more. We also got to visit a casual dining spot, Stitch’s Ohana Grill…and well, let’s just say that what we had there SURPRISED US big time!

Stitch’s Ohana Grill is a Hawaiian-style eatery serving up classic American casual food like burgers and sandwiches, “with a touch of island flair.”

It’s designed to look like a beach hangout, complete with surfboards.

There are a ton of Hawaiian and beach accents, including shelves full of fun decor (many with Lilo & Stitch Easter eggs).

It’s just a fun little beach shack that just happens to sit in the middle of the ocean on a cruise ship.

Seating is tables and chairs, as well as booths. As you can see, though, it’s a small seating area inside. But you can always take your food to go.

We only ordered one thing here, and it’s something EVERYONE seems to be talking about, the Gochujang Burger. It’s made with a Grilled Angus Beef Burger, a Toasted Brioche Bun, Grilled Portobello Mushrooms, Red Ginger, Kimchi, Crisp Onions, and Gochujang Mayonnaise. Some people love it. Some people hate it. We fall into the first category because we LOVED it. The beef patty was cooked well, although it was thin. The kimchi adds a unique, bright flavor and crunch that wasn’t spicy.

The onions add a subtle crunch and savoriness, while the mayo just adds a nice creamy layer to the whole. The ginger was what really surprised us because it added a wonderful, sharp flavor with just a hint of gingery warmth. Oh, yeah, the fries were crispy and salty.

We loved it

So we don’t care what anyone else says, we think this could be the most unique — and BEST — Disney burger we’ve had in our lives.
