It’s the most wonderful time of the year — the holidays at Disney World.
And Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is BACK. We are exploring all the ins and outs of the party to give you the inside details on what you should eat, what you should do with your time, and if the event is or isn’t worth the money. But before we can do all of that, we wanted to show you the 2022 Very Merry Park Map!
Disney World entertainment was hit pretty hard following the COVID-19 closure in Disney World.

Over the last few years, we have slowly seen the entertainment we were once used to in 2019 trickle back into the parks. For example, the princess character dining location known as Akershus has just now reopened, and Fantasmic! officially reopened this week as well. Now, some street performers are making their way back to Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

The show is reopening in Disney’s Hollywood Studios tonight, and we’re sure there will be a lot of people trying to check it out. We’ve already gotten a preview of the show (well most of it before it was RAINED OUT), and there’s a whole new sequence to watch. So, is the park crowded on the day of the show’s return? Buffets are BACK at Tusker House in Animal Kingdom, Kona Cafe has reopened at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, construction has started on the iconic Grand Floridian gingerbread house, and a TON of new treats have been released at many of the Disney World hotels. Speaking of treats, we are back with ANOTHER review of a new item that has been released to celebrate Thanksgiving time.
