So it’s no secret that we LOVE Homecomin‘ in Disney Springs. We’re always looking for an excuse to revisit this restaurant to eat up some wonderful Florida-inspired home-cooked meals.

That means that everything associated with the holiday season will be ending, too, including the popular ride overlay Jingle Cruise. And we know just when Jingle Cruise will officially go away and when the regular Jungle Cruise will return.
If you’re planning a trip to Disney World, there’s a lot to think about. You’ll need to figure out how long you’re staying, as well as where you’re staying. You’ll need to know which tickets you need, as well as a general idea of where you want to eat (okay, that last part is the MOST important part, in our opinion).

However, you’ll also need to make sure you keep an eye on park hours because sometimes parks might have hours that would interfere with your day. Well, we’ve got one such date to tell you about, and it might be a good day to skip visiting Magic Kingdom.
It seems like everywhere you turn, there’s some kind of construction going on in Disney World. Three out of the four theme parks are getting new lands and expansions, while Disney Springs is getting a new store and a new social interactive experience.

Disney World hotels are also making big changes, too, which means LOTS of construction. Well, one Disney World hotel, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — Riverside, just extended its construction, and the date for its completion has been pushed back by a year.
So many new things are coming to Disney World, including new lands, new rides, new expansions, new hotel lobbies, and more. In fact, it’s kind of hard to keep up with all the new stuff that’s on the way.

But it’s not just the parks and hotels that are getting a ton of new stuff. Disney Springs is adding some new things, too, including the social interactive experience LEVEL99. Well, a new store is also coming to Disney Springs and it’s set to open TOMORROW.
The holiday season in Disney World is special. It’s not only the parks that get in on the holiday spirit. You’ll find Christmas cheer all throughout Disney Springs, as well as at Disney World hotels.
This amazes us every year!
Not only do Disney World hotels put up beautiful trees in their lobbies, but some hotels also put out elaborate gingerbread displays. We’ve already seen the gingerbread castle up at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, but now we’re heading to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Disney’s Beach Club Resort to check out their gingerbread displays, which are now up.
