It’s that time again! We need to do a quick check-up on those poor saps who call the Tiny Train Town home in the Germany Pavilion at EPCOT.

Now, this town is no stranger to crime, treachery, derailings, and more. Most recently, there was even a werewolf threat (although it seems the werewolf has skipped town…or more than likely, dealt with by the town’s brave citizens). However, there is always drama running rampant in this tiny town, so we like to keep an eye on things when we can. So let’s see what’s happening now!

Hold Up. What’s Going On at the American Adventure Pavilion in EPCOT?

Although drinking around the World usually means drinking an alcoholic beverage in every country in EPCOT’s World Showcase, there are also some classic non-alcoholic drinks we often like to recommend.

For example, a favorite is the Frozen Mint tea you can pick up in Morocco, although we also love picking up Bubble Tea in China or picking up a Ramune soda in Japan. One of the best — and most fun — non-alcoholic drink options in EPCOT, though, can be found at the American Adventure pavilion: the American Dream slushy. However, this classic beverage has since gone missing. OH NO!

U.S. Department of State Issues Level 2 Travel Advisory for a Popular Cruise Destination

Cruising has become even more popular than ever, and cruise lines are betting BIG on new cruise ships (including Disney Cruise Line, which recently announcing it’s expanding its fleet with four MORE ships). Island destinations are popular with cruisers, and other vacationers, too, but if you’re planning on visiting Turks and Caicos Islands, we’ve got a warning: the U.S. Department of State has issued a travel advisory for that destination.

The Gran Fiesta Tour Has Reopened in EPCOT – Here’s What Changed

If you’ve visited EPCOT recently, you’ve no doubt visited the Mexico pavilion (if only to grab a drink at La Cava del Tequila, as one does).

Of course, you’ve probably also checked in on the classic ride Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros. Well, we were recently surprised a few months ago when we learned that the ride would be closing for two months for refurbishment. Well, Gran Fiesta Tour has reopened — and let’s just say, Disney made a TON of updates to the ride that have left us VERY impressed.

If You’re Driving to Disney World, Beware New “Smishing” Scams

There are many ways to get to Disney World after you’ve finished planning your vacation. Although many Disney World visitors fly into Orlando International Airport, others choose to drive to the resort from their home or rent a car from the airport to drive to the resort.

Now, we’ve already talked about renting a car to drive around Disney World, as well as keeping you updated on what it’s like driving around the resort, as well as the parking situation. But according to NPR, there’s a scam you might need to know about if you ARE driving to Disney World, and it’s called “smishing.”

“Read the Room, Southwest.” The Internet ROASTS Southwest Airlines Over Its New Bag Policy

“Bags fly free…” That has been the slogan for Southwest Airlines for several decades, but that’s about to change in just a few short months.

Southwest Airlines has been announcing a ton of changes to how it operates, including getting rid of its controversial open boarding process in exchange for assigned seating, offering premium seating options, and changing its rewards program. After Southwest announced that it would be getting rid of its “bags fly free” policy, though, the Internet has a LOT to say…and most of it isn’t pretty.

Why LucasFilm Had To Change The Title Of This ‘Star Wars’ Movie

In 1977, the world changed with the release of the first Star Wars movie, simply known as Star Wars at the time. That movie was followed by two more hit films, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.

Now, this was long before Disney owned Lucasfilm, but Disney has had a longtime relationship with Star Wars thanks to partnerships with Lucasfilm to create rides based on the franchise. Star Tours, anyone? Now, Star Wars has become SO much more than those three movies, with many more movies having been made, as well as TV shows, novels, and comic books. But let’s talk about one particular movie…Revenge of the Jedi.

In 2.5 Months, Flying on Southwest Airlines Will Be Totally Different

It’s been quite a year for change. Disney World is going through a ton of changes, with whole theme park lands going away, new lands arriving, new shows, and so much more.

Orlando International Airport is even changing! The airport announced it is getting new restaurants, continuing its expansion of Terminal C, improving parking, and more. One of our favorite airlines, though, is also undergoing some BIG changes, and in just over two months, EVERYTHING will be totally different if you’re flying on Southwest. So let’s talk about it.

NEWS: American Airlines Passengers Evacuated After Plane Engine Catches Fire at Denver Airport

For many of us, travel means flying, especially if we’re visiting Disney World.

Recently, though, a string of airplane incidents occurred, including a series of mishaps, a recent ground stop at Orlando International Airport due to space launch debris, and some major delays and cancelations due to the weather. Now, though, another incident has occurred: according to CNN, an American Airlines plane was recently evacuated at Denver International Airport after its engine caught fire.
