You might want to book a trip to EPCOT ASAP after reading this, because there is new food at Disney World!
The 2026 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival has officially started, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, unique topiaries to check out, merchandise to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. And we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know about this year’s festival. We’re heading over to the Florida Fresh booth to see what they are bringing to this year’s festival.
Menu
Over at the Florida Fresh booth, you’ll find a variety of available items. We have two returning food items this year: the Florida Strawberry Shortcake and Conch Fritters. However, this booth is bringing a new Blackened Fish Slider this year. There are also plenty of drinks to try here.
Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!
Eats
First up, we grabbed the new Blackened Fish Slider with fried green tomato and Cajun rémoulade on a brioche bun for $6.79. The fish is nice and smoky with a slightly charred crust. It reminded us of barbecue, but with fish. The remoulade sauce helped balance out the flavors, and although it had some spice, it wasn’t TOO spicy, and the spice seemed to hit with the aftertaste.
Next, we tried the returning, Conch Fritters with Key Lime aïoli for $6.49. Last year, the fritters were tasty, but the key lime aïoli was the star of the show!
Finally, we’re ending with something sweet! The Florida Strawberry Shortcake with vanilla pound cake, Fresh Driscoll’s Strawberries, strawberry sauce, whipped cream, and strawberry crumbs is $4.99. Last year, the pound cake was wonderfully buttery! The whipped cream was definitely not store-bought, and we loved how fresh it tasted. This year was no different, and it’s still one of our best of the fest contenders (as it is year after year).
The cake is fluffy, moist, and light, and the whipped cream just adds a lovely sweetness and creaminess. This is one EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival snack we hope never EVER goes away.
Drinks
In terms of drinks on this menu, there is the Cucumber-Watermelon Slushy with gin for $13.25. You can also get this drink without alcohol for $4.99. When we had this drink before, we found it a bit basic. We liked that the watermelon did not taste artificial. We could also taste the cucumber, which brightens up the drink and makes it fresh.

Cucumber-Watermelon Slushy
For the beers, you can grab the Orange Blossom Brewing Co. Starlight Papaya Pilsner, Brewery Ommegang Melon Falls Watermelon Kolsch, and the new Crooked Can Brewing Company Fiori di Limone Lager. You get individual pours for $6 for 6oz, $9.75 for 12oz, or grab all three with the Beer Flight for $12.75.
The Crooked Can Brewing Company Fiori di Limone Lager is new this year. Now this one was a little TOO heavy on the lemon flavor. It had a rindy bitterness and was hard to drink. It’s just a bit too much, even with one sip.
The Orange Blossom Brewing Co. Starlight Papaya Pilsner has a strong papaya flavor, making it very easy to drink. However, we didn’t think it was TOO sweet. It was a nice, balanced drink perfect for springtime.
The Brewery Ommegang Melon Falls Watermelon Kolsch is so light and drinkable, and it almost tasted like watermelon juice was in the beer.
Again, it’s not too sweet, but we think that in a larger portion, it might be a bit too much.
OVERALL
If you really love classic Florida flavors like blackened fish, key lime, and strawberry shortcake, this booth should be a MUST for your EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival trip. The flavors here are fresh and solid, and worth your time and money. As far as the beers go, we’d probably skip two out of the three we tried and order the papaya pilsner, especially on a hot day.
That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from!
