This Buzz-worthy booth is back at EPCOT for this year’s 2026 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival.

The Flower & Garden Festival has officially started, and a LOT is happening here. There is exclusive merchandise to grab, beautiful character topiaries to check out, and plenty of food booths with tasty items to try. We’re telling you what’s worth your money and time this year, and we’re heading to Honey Bee-stro Hosted by National Honey Board™.

Menu

Over at the Honey Bee-stro Hosted by National Honey Board™, you are sure to find something sweet. We have the chicken and waffles returning to the booth again, as well as some new menu items!

Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!

Eats

First up, we grabbed the new Honeycomb Bowl with herb quinoa, honey-whipped goat cheese, poached apples, and hot honey cauliflower topped with a honey tuile for $5.49.

We think this might be one of our favorites! It was refreshing and truly encompasses what the Flower and Garden Festival is all about, with its bright flavors and a focus on fresh ingredients. All of the items tied well together, and we appreciate how pretty it was and the good-sized portion.

Next, this is the returning Chicken and Waffles for $6.99.  These are crispy chicken and a sweet honey-bacon cornbread waffle with whipped honey butter and orange blossom honey. In 2024, we enjoyed this dish, and the cornbread waffle reminded us of a hushpuppy.

You can never go wrong with chicken and waffles! This year, we’re not sure we had the honey butter on it, but we enjoyed it all the same. There are whole kernels of corn in the waffle to bring out the corn flavor, and it was drizzled with honey to bring in some sweetness without being over the top. 

Drinks

In terms of drinks on the menu, we got the returning Frozen Peach Cobbler with streusel for $5.29. You can also grab it with blueberry vodka and streusel for $13.25. Previously, when we tried it before, we found it fluffy, foamy, and creamy.

This year, we enjoyed it just the same, and we think the non-alcoholic version will be a kid’s favorite. The streusel on top was perfectly crumbly and a fun treat.

Also returning to the Bee-Stro this year is the Florida Orange Groves Winery Orange Blossom Honey Wine for $6.50. 

If you’re looking for a beer, you can grab a Brew Hub Nectar Bloom IPA for 6 oz for $6 or a 12 oz for $9.75.

OVERALL

Overall, we really think this booth is a hit! It’s one we usually enjoy, but it’s so nice to come back year after year and enjoy the items. The Chicken and Waffles are a great sweet and savory option that we think even the pickiest eaters will love, and the Honeycomb Bowl was so refreshing and perfect for a meal on a hot Florida day. The Frozen Peach Cobbler was a fun one as well, and we think kids are going to gobble (or cobble) it up!
