The window is open, so’s that door! I didn’t think they did that anymore! Who knew we owned 8,000 salad plates?

World of Frozen is about to open in Disneyland Paris on March 29th, and with it is a new restaurant called Nordic Crowns Tavern. Disney just shared some hidden details, and if we weren’t excited before, we definitely are now.
On the outside of the buildings, the colors match Elsa’s and Anna’s coronation dresses. There are purples and blues along with yellows and greens.

Inside, you can see family portraits of Anna and Elsa throughout the years, along with some of their closest friends and family, like Sven, Kristoff, and Olaf.

You can even spot a cat that was in Olaf’s Frozen Adventure. The cat’s sibling is in Hong Kong Disneyland.

If you look closer at the pictures, you can see the history of Arendelle.

There are lots of Norwegian and Nordic details around the restaurant, as well. You can see Rosemaling, the design along the bottom, throughout the movies and other Arendellian craftsmanship.

The notice board outside the restaurant has a poster for a concert put on by Kristoff. He’s playing the luth, the instrument he plays throughout the movies.

This restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner and is a quick service restaurant. The menu will have 16 possible combinations with bases like mashed potatoes or quinoa, paired with proteins like grilled salmon or Nordic meatballs, plus seasonal vegetables and tangy cranberry or creamy dill sauce. They also have some very cute desserts we’re going to need to get our hands on.
