Some days at Disney World, you just want your Mickey waffles delivered straight to your bed.
Room service used to be a standard perk at many Disney World hotels, but over the past few years, it’s become harder and harder to find. In fact, only a small handful of places still bring food right to your room. Whether you’re planning a lazy morning, a late-night snack run without leaving your pajamas, or just want to avoid crowds, here’s where you can still get in-room dining at Disney World right now.
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
If you want that classic Disney luxury experience — and the convenience of room service — the Grand Floridian is the last Disney-owned hotel still offering it. Called “Private Dining,” this service runs for both breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with entrees typically ranging from $15 to $34.99 per adult. Dinner runs from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM with a similar price range. Menus feature a mix of comfort foods and upscale dishes, so you can go as simple as pancakes or as fancy as filet mignon without leaving your room.
Considering how park hours and transportation can eat into meal times, this is a major perk for Grand Floridian guests. If you’re coming back late from fireworks or just want to avoid a crowded quick-service spot in the morning, having food delivered straight to your room can feel like a lifesaver.
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel
While the Swan isn’t Disney-owned, it still has the location and perks of being right in the heart of Disney World — and it offers in-room dining. Guests can use the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin app to place an “In Room Dining” order. Breakfast runs daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and dinner is available from 5:00 PM to 11:55 PM.
This service covers everything from hearty breakfast plates to full dinner entrees. Food is delivered in takeaway containers, and there’s an automatic $6 delivery fee plus a 22% service charge. And yes — you’ll need to be in your room when the order arrives. The Swan’s location between EPCOT and Hollywood Studios makes it especially convenient if you’re planning a mid-day break or heading back after a late night at the parks.
Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel
Just like the Swan, the Dolphin offers the same in-room dining setup through the same app. The hours are identical — breakfast from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, dinner from 5:00 PM to 11:55 PM — and the menu variety is solid for both meals.
Because the Swan and Dolphin share amenities, you can expect a similar level of service. This is a great option if you’re looking for a deluxe-level hotel near EPCOT without Disney’s deluxe price tag.
And if you’re the type who likes to plan down to the minute, mobile ordering through the app means you can schedule food to arrive exactly when you want it. Just remember that Disney park days rarely go exactly as planned, so build in a little flexibility.
Walt Disney World Swan Reserve
The Swan Reserve is the newest of the Swan and Dolphin family and also offers in-room dining via the same app. This hotel’s service runs from 6:00 AM all the way until 11:59 PM daily, meaning you can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Like the others, food arrives in takeaway containers with the same $6 delivery fee and 22% service charge. The Reserve is a bit smaller and more boutique-style compared to the Swan and Dolphin, so you may find it feels a little quieter. That can make in-room dining here feel extra relaxing after a long park day.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Room service at Disney World hotels is not what it used to be. Gone are the days when most deluxe resorts offered it, and menus now lean more toward simplified options instead of extravagant spreads. You’ll also want to factor in the delivery fee and service charge, which can make it pricier than grabbing food from a quick-service spot.
That said, there are times when it’s absolutely worth it — like when you’re getting back late from Magic Kingdom and don’t want to trek to the hotel food court, or when you’re starting your day with an Early Entry strategy and need breakfast without the hassle. The convenience of staying put, avoiding lines, and enjoying a meal in your own space can be a real vacation saver.
Bottom Line
Right now, these are your only four options for room service at Disney World:
- Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
- Walt Disney World Swan Hotel
- Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel
- Walt Disney World Swan Reserve
If you’re booking a trip and this perk matters to you, it’s worth choosing one of these hotels. And if Disney ever decides to bring back room service at more resorts, you can bet we’ll be the first to let you know. Until then, sometimes the most magical part of your Disney day might just be breakfast in bed.

Over $800 a night at the Contemporary and no room service? You’ve got to be kidding. WDW has become ridiculously expensive and gives guests so much less than it used to. As a result we visit much less and stay off property in five star hotels for significantly less.
