Hong Kong Disneyland is currently celebrating its 20th Anniversary, and we made a trip over to experience the anniversary celebration and explore everything Hong Kong Disneyland Resort has to offer!

Welcome to Hong Kong Disneyland!

We rode all the rides, ate lots of food, and met some fun Disney characters. However, we were SO surprised by the wait time to meet some of the characters at Hong Kong Disneyland. 

Two characters at Hong Kong Disneyland had an almost FOUR hour wait! That’s right, it would have taken you 225 minutes to meet these two characters. ShellieMay and LinaBell were VERY popular! While the highest wait time for a ride in the park was just 35 minutes, people were waiting 3 hours and 45 minutes to meet these two Duffy and Friends characters. 

Almost a 4 hour wait!

We were so impressed by the wait time for these characters, especially since the wait time for the rides weren’t bad at all. The newest roller coaster inside the World of Frozen at Hong Kong Disneyland was only 35 minutes! It definitely seems that the Duffy and Friends characters are beloved at Hong Kong Disneyland. And we can’t disagree that they are adorable and so much fun to meet!

While we were in Hong Kong Disneyland, we also ate an $88 sundae and Celebration Cotton Candy made by a robot! Let’s just say, we were living the best foodie life at Hong Kong Disneyland.

It was HUGE!
