Nothing is more powerful than the imagination! We love finishing our night in Disney’s Hollywood Studios watching Fantasmic!, but if you are headed to Disney World soon, you need to know about an important CHANGE!
The showtimes for this nighttime spectacular are changing soon, and we don’t want you to be caught by surprise! Be sure to keep these changes in mind as you plan your day in Hollywood Studios. We want you to make the most of your time with your family.
For the early part of September, you’ll typically find Fantasmic! being shown at 8:30 PM (and also at 10:00 PM on select nights).
Beginning September 18th, 2025, however, the showtimes for Fantasmic! will change a bit. From that date on, you’ll generally find Fantasmic! offered at 9:30 PM.
BUT, be sure to check the Disney calendar carefully. On some nights, you may find Fantasmic! shown at 8 PM AND 9:30 PM (this is the case on September 19th and 20th). But, on most nights, it appears it will typically be offered only at 9:30 PM.
So far, it appears that the new 9:30 PM showtime will be sticking around for a bit, based on the Disney World calendar. However, we can currently only see through October 31st, 2025. Make sure you have downloaded the My Disney Experience app before your trip, as it will have the most up-to-date information on showtimes.
Fantasmic! is a nighttime spectacular that takes you through Mickey’s dreams and shows you the importance of imagination. The show features water projections, stunts, plenty of beloved characters, and even a 40-foot-tall dragon. This family-friendly show runs for 29 minutes, and you can find the entrance to the show on Sunset Boulevard. Just keep in mind, that beginning September 18th, you will need to wait until 9:30 PM for the show to start!
