It’s the beginning of summer, which means we have to start thinking about Halloween (according to Disney), and we’re so excited!

Halloween in Magic Kingdom
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has started selling tickets, and they’re going fast. It makes sense, as this is one of the most beloved exclusive events Disney World has, with many special snacks and experiences. Speaking of, have you seen the FULL LIST of everything confirmed to be coming to the party this year?
It’s always fun to get new stuff, but who doesn’t love the classics, the stuff that brings back good memories, the stuff that we re-fall in love with every time we see it! Well, we’re happy to let you know that Disney is bringing back a LOT of fan favorite experiences for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Boo to You Halloween parade at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (2022)
Mickey’s Boo-to-You parade is coming back for guests to experience! Witness a masquerade of some of your favorite Disney characters dressed in their Halloween costumes. The parade will feature villains, ghastly ghouls, and other iconic characters — including some folks from the Haunted Mansion. These are some of the things we will be keeping an eye out for:
- Minnie Mouse, Clarabelle, and Daisy Duck are showing off their Halloween trio costume dressed as the sinister Sanderson Sisters
- The Hitchhiking Ghosts and the spectral Bride have left the Haunted Mansion to come join us for a change, joining the parade to glide among the waltzing spirits
- A wicked assortment of Disney villains and dancers in a Fantasyland-inspired grand finale — and a few faces from the Haunted Mansion
The parade will light up the park at 8:15 (subject to change) on party nights.

Trick or treating!
It isn’t Halloween without trick or treating! Obviously, this would be coming back, as it’s been one of the staples for the exclusive event. Dress up and adventure around the Magic Kingdom to select locations, and see what treats you can find! The list of trick or treat locations around the park will drop at some point in the summer — so we’re going to keep our eyes out.

Jack and Sally in 2024
See if you can spot some of Disney’s most iconic characters dressed up for Mickey’s party, with special character meet and greets! These will be coming back, giving guests an opportunity to see characters dressed up, or exclusive characters who only come out for spooky festivities!

Space Mountain overlay for MNSSHP (2024)
In the past, some of our favorite attractions got special Halloween twists on party nights! This year will be no different, as three attractions will be getting a special Halloween overlay once again. Experience Space Mountain in pitch-black darkness while listening to spooky tunes. Special lighting effects provide a unique ambience for the Mad Tea Party. The Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor will provide a unique show, with fun Halloween jokes.

The Not-So-Spooky Spectacular
The grand finale for the party is back once again, as guests will get to experience a nighttime firework show like no other with Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular! The skies will come alive in this Halloween spectacular using lasers and fireworks. Jack Skellington is your host for this show, and he entertains guests with a not-so-scary tale that proves anything can happen on Halloween! The show will also feature Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy, as they are spirited away to a mysterious haunted house where they encounter dancing skeletons, waltzing ghosts, and a sinister gathering of Disney villains!

Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular
Speaking of shows, the Sanderson Sisters are back, putting on their Hocus Pocus villain Spelltacular! This wickedly fun stage show will take place on the Cinderella Castle stage and is hosted by none other than the Sanderson Sisters. Enlisting the help of the Disney villains, the three sisters mix sinister shadows, terrifying nightmares, and use the nefarious powers of their frightening colleagues to conjure the ultimate Hocus Pocus party potion—and cast a spell on everyone in Magic Kingdom! You’ll get to see iconic Disney villains, stunning dance numbers, wild visual projections, and otherworldly special effects — Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular is a not-to-be-missed Halloween treat!

The Cadaver Dans
Make sure to head over to Frontierland, where the Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet singing group will return to delight you with their “dead pan” humor. Also, the Boogie Down at the Disney Jr. Jam at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café is coming back for more jam sessions. This show will feature some of your favorite friends from Disney Jr. shows. This is a great place for kids to have a party of their own!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
