REVIEW: This Is the BEST Disney Snack Upgrade, and It's Less Than $2

There is nothing like a Disneyland snack!

Disneyland has been busy with news lately like hotel refurbishments, restaurant updates, and more! While we’ve been trying to keep up with it all, we got a bit hungry so we’re trying out a new addition to one of our favorite sweet treats.

Disneyland has a lot of famous snacks like Mickey-shaped beignets, Dole Whip, and churros. One of our favorites though, is a lot more simple than you might realize. Over at Harbour Galley in New Orleans Square, you can get a pack of Chocolate Chip Cookies that are warm, gooey, and delicious.

They’re simple but nothing beats grabbing a 6-pack or 12-pack of these comforting cookies…until now! Disneyland has now made a favorite even better by adding a Chocolate Hazelnut Whipped Topping to the menu for $1.39.

We grabbed this new spread to add to our 6 pack of cookies for $6.79. As always, the cookies were warm, fresh, and gooey but what about the new topping?

A look inside

The chocolate hazelnut whip had a light, whipped, and cool texture to it which we found light and nice. The cookies were rich and chocolatey which paired nicely with the sweet topping.

The chocolate of the whipped topping and the chocolate in the cookies worked together but did overpower the light hazelnut flavor in the topping. While this didn’t knock it out of the park, we do think if you want to make your dessert extra chocolatey or you love Nutella, you should try this out!

A closer look

If you don’t need to make your chocolate chip cookies sweeter and you’re happy sticking with the classics, save $1.39. This is an inexpensive upgrade that can make our Disney day even sweeter. It’s important to remember that these cookies are super popular and will sell out!
