It’s time to experience more amazing and delicious food! We’re at the Festival of the Arts, where food doesn’t just taste great, it looks beautiful, too!

Craftsman’s Courtyard
The 2025 EPCOT Festival of the Arts has officially begun, and we’re checking out the food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. There’s a LOT going on, but don’t let it overwhelm you. We’re here to tell you everything you need to know before your visit. Now, let’s go to the Craftsman’s Courtyard to give you the FULL scoop on this food booth! Is it worth a try? Let’s find out.
Menu
Over at the Craftsman’s Courtyard, you’ll find some elegant yet hearty dishes. Most of the items are familiar returning classics, but we do spot a new dish on the menu that we can’t wait to check out!

2025 The Craftsman’s Courtyard Menu
Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!
Eats
First up, we grabbed the Beef Wellington-inspired Croissant Supreme for $8.50.

Beef Wellington-inspired Croissant Supreme
This menu item is new to the festival this year and is made with creamed spinach croissant pinwheel, mushroom-gorgonzola ragout, mustard-grilled flank steak, red wine sauce, and pickled mustard seeds. We had a similar dish last year at Cuisine Classique (a booth that didn’t return this year). In our previous experience with this item, it fell a little flat except for the super flavorful red wine sauce. Will this new iteration of a familiar item be an improvement from last year’s experience?
We CAN’T rave enough about this dish. At first, we were caught off guard by its appearance since it didn’t look like a “typical” Beef Wellington. However, we quickly got over it as we ate. The meat was delicious, savory, and cooked to perfection, while the spinach-filled croissant was buttery and tasty enough that we would enjoy it on its own even without the meat.
Next up, we grabbed a familiar dish, the Cast Iron-roasted P.E.I. Mussels for $8.

Cast Iron-roasted P.E.I. Mussels
The mussels are new to this specific food station, but we’ve had them last year, when they were at Cuisine Classique (a booth that didn’t return this year). Just like last year, the mussels are served with sautéed tomatoes, garlic, and fresh herbs. When we had them before, they were cooked perfectly and offered some great flavors of garlic and red chili flake for just a bit of kick.

Cast Iron-roasted P.E.I. Mussels
The Craftsman’s Courtyard version did NOT disappoint. The seafood was fresh and tasty, the tomatoes were delicious, and the toast was charred just the right amount. Perfectly crunchy without being burnt. If you’re a mussels fan, you’ll enjoy this dish!
The Roasted Bone Marrow is back for 2025 as well, and this year, it’s $10.75.

Roasted Bone Marrow
We enjoyed the roasted bone marrow, with a couple of caveats: First off, the dish is a bit greasy. That’s likely to be expected but still worth noting. Secondly, and a big issue in the grand scheme of things, is that the onion marmalade somewhat dominates the dish’s taste profile. Not bad, but also not our highest recommendation either.
Drinks
In terms of drinks at this booth, we got the Coffee Old Fashioned Cocktail for $11.50.

Coffee Old Fashioned Cocktail
This is a returning drink. Last year, we loved how the hint of deeper whiskey taste blends with the coffee. It creates a nice smokey flavor with a pleasant lingering taste. We think this one could be a crowd-pleaser, even for those folks who don’t necessarily drink a lot.
Fans of both coffee and whiskey would love this drink, which seems kind of obvious but seriously needs to be stressed!
Another returning beverage is the BrewDog Black Heart Nitro Oatmeal Stout.

2023 BrewDog Jet Black Heart Nitro Oatmeal Stout
In the past, we had varying opinions on this beer. At first taste, we thought it was a bit too hoppy for our liking, but it was still a good drink for a Florida summer. Overall, we thought it was a pretty classic oatmeal stout. You’ll have to try it to decide for yourself!
You can get it for $5.75 for a 6 oz. pour and $9.75 for a 12 oz. pour.
OVERALL
We’d definitely call Craftsman’s Courtyard a hit, mainly down to the Beef Wellington Croissant Supreme (which may be one of our favorite offerings from the festival) and the Roasted Mussels.

The Craftsman’s Courtyard Full Spread
That’s it for this booth, but there’s a LOT more where that came from!
