New Bests
Deviled Egg Trio at The Artist’s Table
Deviled eggs at a festival? Say no more! You get three styles of deviled eggs with this trio: Pimento Cheese, Green Goddess, and BLT.
These flavors were AMAZING with the deviled eggs, and we loved how each flavor was different. You HAVE to try this one. Grab it for $6.25.

Squid Ink Pasta at Fictional Victuals
The Squid Ink Pasta at Fictional Victuals took us by surprise — in the best way possible. We loved the combination of flavors that reminded us of pasta with truffles, but there was a briny aftertaste that made this dish more complex and unique.
It wasn’t just us either — we heard a lot of people talking about this dish. You can order it for $7.75.

Butterscotch Milkshake at Fictional Victuals
We actually had TWO Best of the Fest picks at the Fictional Victuals booth. The Butterscotch Milkshake for $5 also blew us away with its rich butterscotch flavor. We also liked the addition of the chocolate garnish that blended great with the butterscotch.
We’ll be ordering this milkshake again and again!

Enchanted Rose at Opening Bites
This new festival booth offered the Enchanted Rose, inspired by the musical Beauty and the Beast. Although a different version of this treat has been seen at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, this one is a little different and is a first for the Festival of the Arts. It’s SO pretty.
It’s so creamy and chocolatey, but it’s surprisingly not heavy. The raspberry jam in the middle is tart and sweet, making for a nice combo. This is another treat we’ll be returning for over and over.

Caprese Poutine at Refreshment Port
The Caprese Poutine with Tuscan-spiced French fries, confit tomatoes, slivered garlic, mozzarella pearls, basil pesto, shaved pecorino, and balsamic glaze might be one of our favorite poutines. This new dish had tons of toppings, which scored bonus points with us, but the flavors were SO GOOD.
We also loved the way the tomatoes were cooked because it felt like they were exploding in your mouth. So we’ll just call this dish an explosion of flavors and tell you to get it for $8.50.
Beef Wellington-inspired Croissant Supreme at the Craftsman’s Courtyard
We are SUPER excited about this dish, people. Meet the Beef Wellington-inspired Croissant Supreme for $8.50.

Beef Wellington-inspired Croissant Supreme
This dish is made with creamed spinach croissant pinwheel, mushroom-gorgonzola ragout, mustard-grilled flank steak, red wine sauce, and pickled mustard seeds. And yes, it tasted as good as it sounds. We CAN’T rave enough about this dish. The meat was delicious, savory, and cooked to perfection, while the spinach-filled croissant was buttery and tasty enough that we would enjoy it on its own even without the meat. YUM!
Returning Bests
Carne Asada at El Artista Hambriento
One of our favorite dishes from El Artista Hambriento is BACK this year! The Carne Asada was fantastic last year, but it’s changed just a little bit in 2025. This year, it’s made with It’s made with Chipotle-marinated beef sirloin with pasilla chile sauce, grilled queso fresco, Nopales salad, and chicharron dust. Our reporter described it as “incredible.”
The meat was perfectly cooked, and the flavors blended so well together. This is PERFECTION. You can get it for $10.75.

Wagyu Bun at Goshiki
If we had to choose between our beloved Cheeseburger Pods from Animal Kingdom or the Wagyu Bun at Goshiki, we might just choose the latter — that’s how good it is. This steamed bun is filled with tender Japanese karashi mustard sauce and violet shiso sauce. This bun BLEW us away. The meat is nice and tender and the bun is soft with a hint of sweetness.
Although it doesn’t need the sauce, the sauce DOES elevate it that much more. Grab it for $9.75.

Crème de Brie en Petit Pain at L’Art de la Cuisine Francaise (France)
Warm creamy brie in a house-made bread bowl — seriously, what’s NOT to love?! This dish is typically a hit, and we were thrilled to see it return. However, last year, the portion size was a little bit small, and the brie didn’t quite deliver on flavor. This year, this dish is creamy, the cheese is soft and smooth, and the bread is nice and warm. This is a heartwarming, cozy (yet elevated!) snack that we will recommend over and over again.
If you love melty cheese and bread, get this ASAP. You can try it for $9.95.

Best Booth
And the BEST booth of the Festival is…
WINNER: El Artista Hambriento
In addition to the Carne Asada, EVERYTHING we tried at this booth was a winner. The Croqueta had a nice spiciness to it that had more kick than we would have expected (and we liked it). The Natilla de Maiz was a nice flan-like dessert that was creamy and light — and made with corn!
The Floridita cocktail was nice and refreshing, while the Strawberry Fields Margarita was the perfect blend of flavors. That sums up everything about this booth: all the flavors were balanced beautifully.

Runner Up: Goshiki
Coming in next is Goshiki, which is a food booth that always seems to please us every single year. Yes, there’s the Sushi Donut, which is a favorite year-in and year-out, but the Wagyu Bun really took our opinion of this booth up a level. We even liked the Taiyaki, which isn’t always our favorite, but this sweet treat really satisfied us.
We can also recommend the Okinawa Lemonade, which is a non-alcoholic drink sure to leave you feeling refreshed on a hot day.

Best of the Fest for Kids
Rainbow Cake at Figment’s Inspiration Station
This colorful cake is a returning favorite, and we know kids are going to love it because it’s topped with Skittles Pop’d Freeze Dried Candy — what’s not to love? The Skittles burst in your mouth and add such a fun element to the cake.
The cake is just regular cake, but we think kids will go nuts over the Skittles detail. Grab it for $5.25.
