May and Mother’s Day are almost here, and two of Walt Disney World’s most popular hotels will have a slew of special offerings.
Garden Grove
The Swan & Dolphin Resorts are offering a “refined yet relaxed” Mother’s Day brunch at Garden Grove on May 10th, plus “beautifully crafted specials at several restaurants.” Let’s dive into what’s going to be available!
The Garden Grove’s brunch offering will feature a selection of breakfast items, including fruits, parfaits, oatmeals, and salads…

… and some special kid-friendly options, which seems only fair on Mother’s Day.

However, Mother’s Day celebrations at the Swan & Dolphin extend beyond Garden Grove, with several of the dual resorts’ restaurants offering specialty menu items, including:
- Amare: Lobster & Risotto, featuring Maine Lobster, spring pea risotto, herb salad, and lemon vinaigrette.
- Todd English’s bluezoo: Striped Bass with lemongrass nage, lime jasmine rice, toasted almonds, ramps, snap peas, and fava beans.
- Il Mulino: Triglia Rosa, featuring pan-fried red mullet, fregola, roasted vegetables, scapece, nduja & caper sauce.
In addition, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina will also have a special menu item to be announced.
