NEWS: Disney Quietly CHANGES a Magic Kingdom Character Meet-and-Greet

Things are always changing at Disney World, and today, we have news about an important character meet and greet update in Magic Kingdom.

And don’t worry, this character meet and greet isn’t gone, but the location has changed! Chip and Dale have been meeting in Tomorrowland recently, but if you are headed to Magic Kingdom, be prepared to find them in a new spot.

Chip and Dale can now be found meeting people in a NEW location in Disney World. The two chipmunks can now be found in Frontierland instead of Tomorrowland.

They meet throughout the day, and you can check the My Disney Experience App for specific times that they will be out and about. You can find them straight out from Frontier Trading Post on the wooden walkway.

You can find them at a new location!

We got a chance to meet them at their new location, and they were the absolute cutest. We always have such a fun time meeting Chip and Dale! They are one of our favorite duos to meet, and you can’t help but smile as they interact with each other. Our reporter had an amazing time with them at their new Frontierland home.

There have been a lot of character meet-and-greet changes recently, including Joy disappearing from EPCOT ahead of her debut at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on June 10th, 2024. We’re keeping our eyes out for updates, so stay tuned for more details on this character meet-and-greet!

Keep in mind that you never know what characters you might run into while exploring the parks. Sometimes, characters come out for a special appearance or can be found roaming around the parks. For example, we have spotted rare characters like Mr. Penguin from Mary Poppins in EPCOT.
