REVIEW: I Abandoned My Disney World Park Day and Went Straight to the All-Star Music Hotel. Here's Why.

Okay, let’s face it, we don’t normally make a special trip to Disney’s All-Star Resorts when we want food. The food courts are pretty basic, although every once in awhile, we get something new and exciting (like those Breakfast Totchos we LOVED).

However, sometimes surprising snacks turn up that actually warrant a trip — or even a stay — at one of these hotels. If you happen to be staying at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort anytime soon, we’ve got a new treat to tell you about (and, hey, if you love cookie dough, you might want to travel to All-Star Music to grab it).

So, we recently made a special trip to Disney’s All-Star Music Resort with one specific mission on our minds. A quick visit to Intermission Food Court turned up something VERY interesting: Minnie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Okay, color us VERY intrigued. We’ve seen similar cookie dough treats in Disney World in the past, but we were pretty excited to see this sweet menu addition.

This is Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough with Ganache, Sprinkles, and Chocolate Decor for $6.49. If you like eating raw cookie dough, this is EXACTLY what it is like (without the egginess). It is very sugary, so you might not be able to eat the whole thing, though.

We also noticed the chocolate decorations melt fast (thank you, Florida heat), but that makes it even more chocolatey, which we liked. The chocolate chips add a nice crunch, too. So, yeah, if you love cookie dough, you’re going to love this.

If you’re staying at All-Star Music Resort, be sure to snag this treat. If you’re willing to LEAVE the Disney parks, this might just be the treat to tempt you. We’ll keep an eye out for more new treats, too, so stay tuned to DFB for more.
