One of our favorite things to do at Disney World’s parks is ride their amazing rides, but when something goes a miss to thwart your plans for the day, it can be a real bummer.
Magic Kingdom
We’ve seen all kinds of things happen with Disney World rides like super long wait times or opportunities to ride them after the park closes. However, if you were planning to ride a few of Disney World’s most popular attractions this morning, you may need to rethink your plans!
It’s always a weird morning when things aren’t going as we expect them to. So when we noticed one of Disney World’s most popular rides wasn’t running all morning, it really rattled our plans.
Tomorrowland
TRON Lightcycle/Run wasn’t running all morning on April 9th. And from the looks of it, we’re not sure if it will be back up anytime soon. When we checked with a Cast Member about it, they told us they were testing a train all the way through, which we took as a good sign, but nothing has happened since. We haven’t even seen any other trains running.

It’s not unusual for Disney World to have a few hiccups in the day, but it could be potentially problematic if these rides were a big part of your plan. Remember that Disney World has tons of other rides and attractions to do while you wait for temporarily closed ones to reopen.
