The Disney Treasure will be the next ship setting sail on the Disney Cruise Line beginning later this year!
We’ve seen updates on the Haunted Mansion-themed lounge along with The Tale of Moana show. There is going to be so much to see, do, explore, and eat on this new ship. And, Disney is sharing another sneak peek at an exciting detail onboard the Treasure!
The Disney Treasure has an incredibly important representative — Captain Minnie! A while back, Disney announced that the artwork on the bow of the ship would feature Captain Minnie and now we’ve got our first look at the design in real life!
Disney shared that this continues a 20-year-long tradition of “carrying a unique character-inspired art piece on its bow.” The completion of this art piece marks a huge milestone for the Disney Treasure as it can now begin the next stage of construction.
Once the design’s framework was installed, the plates were painted by hand to give them their iconic golden color. This is just one of the multiple details that will distinguish the Disney Treasure from the rest of the ships in the fleet.
Disney Cruises are a great way to see more of the world while still experiencing that Disney magic. The first sailings for the Disney Treasure are coming this December to the Eastern and Western Caribbean. Start booking your trip now!
